You can collect the leftover coconut after every extract, freeze it. When you have enough you can dry roast it on a very very low heat or spread it on a baking sheet and dehydrate it in the oven for about 7-8 mins at 100 degrees C. This is your homemade coconut flour which can be used in gluten free bakes (in the place of regular flour)

How long does the milk stay fresh in the fridge?
It will stay fresh upto 24 hrs in the fridge, you can freeze it in an ice cube tray if you like..
