I have watched so many versions of heathers, including the original bootleg, but none of them had the emotion that I felt watching this performance. veronica and the heathers did an outstanding job, as well as the other performers. a truly beautiful production.
Why was everyone in this so good? With a few exceptions, I think everyone in this cast does better job of portraying the characters than the originals. Especially Heather McNamara. Her projection is so good. Why isn't she on Broadway yet? I liked her performance so much more than Elle McLemore's. Overall this production was amazing!

It's beautiful that Heather Duke realizes she was bad and turns out to be good at the end. She realized she shouldn't lets her anger after Chandler's bullying at McNamara-she didn't do anything wrong. She realized now Heathers can be a healthy relanshionship without bullying and things like this. She realizes no one is now here to bully her, she don't have to act like this and to make people be scared of her. And even if there were some people like this-she have loving and caring friends who will help her.

I like to imagine the two that walk by her before she joins in are seen as the non heather popular girls (not the very top but not social outcasts either) people Heather would actually have considered “worthy” to socialize with.

I love acting too so I'm very interested how the actors portray the characters and I also love it to see the actors happy and proud and the same sobbing mess like me at the end of the show because I can absolutely relate to that.
