You left out the scenic walk round Ramore Head that takes you back down to the Harbour.
You should have tacked that on to the end: I AM VERY DISSAPPOINTED!

I went to Portrush by foot after watching Dunluce castle.
I really liked the atmosphere of the town.
So I booked a hotel on site that day.
    Such an adorable town!

I was here a few days ago, I was shocked at how clear the water was and how clean the whole area is! I'm from near Blackpool and Portrush reminded me of the feeling I had visiting there as a kid that I thought had long been lost. (it has degraded a bit in the last 20 years) I'll definitely be visiting again.

I’m glad to hear you had a lovely time in Portrush and the memories came flooding back. For sure, Portrush is beautiful! It’s the Blackpool (also love) of Ireland. Niamh x

All the resurfacing work they did on the pavement/sidewalks has really paid off. Creates a good first impression. The council have the place looking clean and fresh. And great to See "Barry's" (amusement park) reopened. Portrush wasn't Portrush without it. 🖖 I haven't visited since the Open golf championship. I need to get a run up there this summer.

Cheaper to book a week in the Costas than book somewhere in Portrush for a week so that's what I did🌞😎

Apartments are being let for £10k for the Open in 2025 😯

Wrong flag on your cover picture. That’s the flag of the Republic of Ireland. Not Northern Ireland where Portrush is located

Thanks for your comment. This isn’t a political channel. However, the tricolour is used by nationalists on both sides of the border as the national flag of the whole island of Ireland since 1916. Niamh 💚

The fake border is only 100 years old ....your crowd only started arriving from 1608 onwards.

If you really want to see a crowd try the following events (in order).
    The North West 200.
    The Air Show.
    Easter Monday.

How does Portrush compare to your favourite seaside resort? Would you consider visiting the Ireland's North Coast?

We love Portrush all the same. Have you tried Ingoldmels or Cleethorpes? Portrush is pale in comparison.
