In today's video I'm with my Father, Doc Antle and my brother Kody Antle at the Myrtle Beach Safari preserve. Today we're going to teach you a little about the almost mythical, Liger! We'll touch on some of the most common topics regarding Ligers as we feed this huge boy some delicious meat-treats.
Ligers have always been one of my favorite animals! They are an amazing example of natural hybridization.

Johnny Stevens It’s the guy from the tiger king that they made him seem like he has 9 wives. They showed one picture of him with this harem of women implying they were all his but in the picture was his daughter, sons girlfriend and others that are not his wives. He’s a single guy with options, he’s doing what single guys with options do, what single women with options do as well these days. Go look at some of the Tinder statistics, the top 10% of guys are fucking half the women and they aren’t in any rush to settle down with just one. The women aren’t too different but I think the mentality might be different, they are fucking their way through a lot of guys and because they have so many options they think they can do better, or they have done better because the top 10 will sleep with them but won’t commit and the ones who will commit now don’t compare to the others who will come and give it to her for the night.
It seems Doc at least isn’t doing it in secrecy behind anyone’s back. I’m not sure I really fault the guy for any of that and there was only one in the show that had bad things to say about him, I’m sure we could find a scorned ex to talk bad about most people.

Most predators would do that because they simply cannot be tamed so normally I would agree.
This tiger seems to have grown up with them. It's very passive, fat and lazy like. It doesn't seem sharp like a wild born tiger. To get that thing to attack you, I bet you either would need to hurt it or be a stranger passing through the yard.
But attacking the family for feeding it the 1000th time, unlikely. Wouldn't you agree.

Lots of cats are bigger than dogs. There are tons of chihuahas and yorkies out there, most of them smaller than a typical house cat. But your point is well taken here, this liger is bigger than a whole pack of big dogs.

ayokay123 they get donations and they charge an arm and a leg for picture with one of their cats but that money goes to preserve the animals and their enclosures.

ayokay123 a few years ago me and some friends took pictures with ONE tiger cub and it was $60 😳 But, it goes to the animals so l digress.
They charge you depends on the tour that you pick, if you want day and nights safari your is like $150 per person but it really really worth your money, if you want just a tour and no picture is like $50 dollars I think, it may look expensive, but just to see and can take a picture with baby tigers, lion's, chimpanzees, is really worth it
Donations. These folks dedicate their lives and own wealth to house and take of animals that some fucker thought they could have as a pet, only to eventually figure what should've been obvious. They also take animals from all over the world in need of help!

Awesome to see these magnificent creatures in their natural habitat on the plains of Myrtle Beach. The hyenas must live near the go cart track.
Ligers do not have a natural habitat as in nature they just don't exist. They only exist in captivity because of some stupid people creating this unnatural crossbreeding of lions and tigers...which results in either Ligers or Tigons, depending on which is the male and female in the crossbreed. Ligers and Tigons also have a much shorter lifespan than their pure species parents. They're also infertile, etc

This Liger is both taller and longer than any Sabertoothed cat.
@Ä.J. Šôšä I think you mean "pounds". They go from 500 to 1100 pounds whereas ligers are much bigger than any sabertooth tiger, and range from 500 to 1000 kgs.

well in the wild lions only eat once a week and they hunt theyre prey whereas he gets fed everyday and just lays around all day its not natural he wouldnt last very long in the wild and its kind of sad

You won't see that. Although they are clearly powerful, ligers are too big and heavy to run very fast and catch prey, and especially, because they aren't natural species, they likely don't know how to hunt properly and couldn't last very long. Plus, they would need an insane amount of food to live.
