The hatred the woman has for the adopted child will amplify each day each year, each month. I strongly feel she should return the child ooo, by the time he grows up she will turn his step brothers against the poor boy. Even some mothers don't love their biological kids equally.

That child gave her good luck and yet she is happy to abandon the child. Let her return the child let someone with a nice heart adopt the child if not she will treat the child badly.
Who does that? She should know that it could be the head and the presence of the of the child that brought about her having her biological children. But if there's an agreement with the people she adopted the child from that she could return of tired of having the adopted child no wahala. For me she's not suppose to do such.
It's the foster care that is monitored and requires constant follow up, not adoption depending on the kind of adoption.
Adoption should not have a stigma. Famous people like Steve Jobs of Apple was adopted. So was Simone Biles, Gymnast, Jamie Foxx, Actor; Nicole Richie, Fashion Designer. In fact, all christians are adopted into God's family. This woman is clueless. For all she knows, this child may become the source of God's abundant blessing in her life.

The adoption process in Nigeria is supposed to follow the child up to a certain age.
My aunt started the adoption process for a 4 month old baby girl in 1972.
She was first given fostering papers and the Department of Social Welfare kept monitoring the child. The final adoption papers were signed when the child was already in secondary school.
The social workers' visits were handled in such a way that the child was never aware of what was going on.
She is selfish and unfair. However for the sakr of the child's well being, she should return the child so a loving family can adopt the child rather than her ending up maltreating the child.

You’d be surprised to hear this happens often in 1st world countries. The only difference is there would be legal action taken against the adoptive mother
I doubt it will happen in developed countries because the process is different. She would have gone through implication counselling, signed documents hence all situations would have been considered and she would take informative decisions and as well get her to attend therapies

We should not blame the woman, that's her own weakness. The man should be corrected, he's showing love to one child when he has three, he should show Love to them all. And for that woman, that adopted child may be the one that we take good care of her later in life.
