OMG I HAVE JUST HAD THIS CONVERSATION WITH MY HUSBAND!!! 🤣I told him you know I am not special or unique. I think they call us creatives. I started watching TH-cam videos around Covid. My god kids showed me. They said Nanny you can watch people make stuff like you do. I was shocked anyway been addicted since. But I have been so overwhelmed lately about the amount of stuff that I have. Some of it is from my mom and grandmother. After they passed away I have most of their stuff. I just told my husband I want a space to create that is organized. I do not have a booth or a place to sale my stuff. I even cleaned up some stuff and brought it to Goodwill. Now watching you make up these packets of things. I could do that for days without having to leave my house for anything. I have everything you used to make them. YES I do the same thing you said. The love and happiness I get when I do make or create things is just the best feeling. I don’t want to give it up. Long story short I am going to look into getting a space or small booth. Thank you! God Bless you!
That is so awesome! This is why I do these videos, we all have great ideas and sharing them is like Gold! I am so excited for you about getting a space, the biggest way I got mine was I put my name on a list and kept calling or going by in person to check in about how far I was down on the list and they gave me one before other people because of my persistence, plus they got to know me and I showed them photos of my creations. Keep going, thank you for commenting and sharing your story!
What if we make suprise project bags for ourselves when we get stuck or overwhelmed? I feel the same sometimes. Fill the bags with enough trinkets/supplies to do a project. It can be enough sometimes to get the creative juices or inspiration flowing. Maybe make 1 or 2 up after each junkin trip for later. @cozyjunkstudio what if you did a 30 days of creativity challenge for us viewers? That could be fun and interactive.
I just love what you do, your advice, and your encouragement. I am a nurse and am feeling like my work is not giving me the fulfillment that I received when I was younger & when my back could take bedside nursing. I have not been in the hospital for many years now and need to find my joy. I often think about moving away from nursing but don’t know what I would do. I have loved crafting for many years but it has always just been for my home or gifts. Watching your videos has inspired me. I am starting to do my own upcycling and want to start my own vendor booth. Thank you for inspiring me and keeping doing what you do. God bless.
Yay! Hello fellow Nurse, I feel your distress when it comes to nursing. It can be so disheartening because of how we are treated and it does not fill my creativity at all. I was a different person when I went to nursing school..now my dreams are of thrifting and creating! Yes, get a vendor booth that is a great start. I started a TH-cam channel and opened a vendor booth because I am planning on leaving nursing in the next two years. I am 52 and don't want to spend the rest of my years doing something I just don't want to do anymore. Keep going and live your dreams....we only have one life! Thank you for sharing your story with me!
I love coming home with stuff. Usually rusty broken stuff. It is a gift to my husband because he gets to say “What the he!! Are you going to do with that?” Then I make something. 😂🤣😂
Yes, I love some rusty broken stuff too! So glad you are able to create stuff with those items! I bet your husband is wowed about your projects once you finish them.
You were preachin' to me for sure. I am 72 and have been hoarding craft supplies and just stuff of all kinds for at least the last 50 years. I just found your channel today and I am so inspired, I cant even tell you how much. I have been praying over all my hoard for so long now and couldnt seem to find my way. I believe God directed me to you. Im serious. You have blessed me on this day with your ideas and talent. I cant thank you enough. Will continue to binge watch your videos. 🙏🙏💖💖
OMG! Has my husband been talking to you? I have a beautiful office/beading room, and a craft studio that I can barely walk into . The new updated guest bedroom had overflow in it until a friend came for a visit….. so I had to move the overflow into the dining room. I have no room to work in my studio so I have set up shop at the kitchen table, and now we eat dinner on the coffee table in the living room. What is even worse, my husband bought a 16’ x 20’ barn shed for all his lawn equipment and guess where all that is now.🫣 Additionally, I have to sneak my bags in when he’s not around…..and I’m running out of hiding places. Any day now you’re going to see my face on the milk carton. Thanks for sharing and letting me know I’m not alone. I swear I’m going to stop but then places like Hobby Lobby has stuff 75-90% off and I can’t help myself. And of course thrifting, if I don’t get it when I find it, it’ll haunt my dreams for days. Oh woe is me.😜
LOL..you are definitely not alone. The thrill of the hunt when thrifting is so addictive! and creating can be so enjoyable. Where to draw the line on purchasing is definitely a personal choice. Sometimes we have to set our own rules to live with both. For example if you thrift or buy from Hobby Lobby and take 10 items home, then you will take 10 items out to gift, sell, or donate. Then we can still have those thrilling moments without sacrificing space or LOL marriages! Thank you so much for sharing your story and watching. I am sending good vibes your way to help you create and organize!
Girl, you hit it on the head! My husband says my “ craft floor has a life of its own of which I HAVE NO CONTROL! 😂 but I have a table full of stuff made that I need to sell or do something with. My ADHD has me going on numerous squirrel trails! Glad I’m not the only one! 🤣 thanks for sharing and making me laugh!
Ms Sharon, I am not only the ELEPHANT in the room, I am also a RHINO. I love crafting and creating even though I can only do it on Saturdays. I have a 40-50 hrs a week job. I frequent all thrift stores in my area and I buy stuff no matter how many I already have in my hoard at home. My Hubby just smiles and says to me, DIVORCE is imminent. Anything wood is my downfall, especially shelving, wall shelving, cutting boards and wooden boxes. Any real wood furniture will not escape me if I can find them at a reasonable price. I have been upcycling furniture since 1997 when my twin sister turned me onto it. I have so much paint and plenty of junk to upcycle. I am retiring in Jan of 2025 and I have a fantastic lovely hoard to work on everyday vs just Saturday. I love your energy, your fantastic videos, and your information is so helpful if I ever decide to open up a booth. Keep the videos coming.
Awe, thank you so much for commenting. You are not alone! I am so excited for you to get to retire and finally have time for your hoard...yay! Thank you for the feedback on the video it really inspires me to keep going!
Sharon, you have by far, become my favourite channel (and there are a lot of channels I follow!) You are so upbeat, creative, informative and down to earth. Thank you so much for sharing your ideas. Keep up the wonderful work.
Thank you so much for sharing your ideas. I loved them all and have thought about getting a booth somewhere myself, but I truly don't even know where to start. Elephant in the room, most definitely hit the nail on the head with that one. Aside from working 42 hrs a week, my husband is disabled and that puts most of the household chores on me and running any errands. Sometimes I'm just too tired to do anything else, except lay on the couch and snuggle up with the fur babies and watch TV or my favorite TH-cam channels.
I totally get it, I love to acquire stuff, but making items can be exhausting and the thought can be overwhelming...rest when you need to and make things when you feel like it or are inspired, thank you for the comment!
Thank you for sharing how to tutorials & inspiring me to get off my elephant butt. I have had a few very bad months. My home was broken into & they stolen thousands of dollars of Art & Craft supplies including hundreds of items I made & the displays. I cry every time I walk into my studio. So, I bought a sewing machine & started to make wearable art in my bedroom. Just opened an Etsy store which was very hard for me because I am not computer sava. I am 67y/o. I've been sick for 4 weeks now, positive for COVID. I have NO energy. I just want to get back in to the flow & make things like you do. I Love your Art! Tomorrow I'll start with my desk. Thank you
Oh no, bless you, I hope you get back into things as soon as possible to help you heal! Yes, start with the desk and do what you can! Good thoughts your way!
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THESE VIDEOS!!!! You are too young to have grown sons!!! You make me feel better about myself cause you definitely were talking about me. I have a little trail through my craft room and I have sooooo much stuff and not enough space. I know you have a regular job and I think you would make an excellent teacher. Love your videos ♥️ and you give me hope that I can start selling my crafts.
Awe, thank you! and I tell myself these things all the time. When I say "we" in videos I literally mean me and you all...LOL! Thank you for your comment and watching.
Hi Sharon from Lamb Island Queensland Australia. I just found you this weekend while house sitting and am gradually working through your videos. Then you gave me "the wake up call" I needed. Yes I am not just one elephant in the room I think I am a herd!😂 so much so I moved from Australia to France and sent 5 suitcases of craft stuff over, stayed for a couple of years then moved back to Oz. Then a few months later I went back to my house in France then shipped them back, but this time in a 20ft shipping container.😮 I've been back 4 years and havent unpacked some of it, but bought more, and started new craft projects. You have totally inspired me to package up so many previous craft projects items and redo some of my French thrift shop pieces. I am thoroughly grateful and am going to bookmark your "talking to" 😊 so whenever I get lazy, replay it. Marilyn 🐑🏝 Australia 🇦🇺
Hello AUSTRAILIA!!! Thank you! Thank you! for this comment. This is the reason I do these videos. Sounds like you have a leg up on things and are moving forward! Great job! Absolutely keep going, any pace or amount will work. YAY! I look forward to reading more comments from you in the future. Would love to visit Australia and France someday..you are so very lucky!
I love the bronze looking statues. I’m working on getting a booth in our local mall. I’ll have to put ephemera bags together. I have a ton of stuff from when I was creating junk journals. Thanks for the advice and inspiration!!
Thank you, thank you, thank you for sharing your talent with me. And thank you for going through your processes. You are truly a talented woman with a good heart.
Hi Sharon, I very much enjoyed watching the stash creations, God knows most of us have so many things we've collected that should be used. Your selling advice is spot on and I appreciate the information. You're the best!! 😄😄😄
I love, love, love your technique for adding the copper and verdigris look to the little statues using paints I have at home without having to buy more expensive things that I wouldn’t use enough to get my money’s worth out of them. Thank you so much for sharing this! ❤️
Yes! This is why I do these videos. Now don't get me wrong I do use all kinds of products, but I love to use everyday products to get those fancy effects without the fancy products. Thank you for the comment and watching.
I loved these. I have an abundance of frames I have collected. I wasn’t really sure why I had collected so many but now I’m so glad I did. This is the very best idea I have seen to use them. I too think the dark, Poe, creepy (to some) are great for year round. I LOVED that one but really loved them all. I love projects with multiple steps. I think it makes all of the difference. The time you put it in always worth it in my experience. The statues turned out amazing. What a transformation. I will definitely look at all of the figurines at the thrift store differently now. I have some bird figurines on branches. I hesitated to paint them because I liked the original paint on them. However, I also felt that too much of the original paint had come off. I think they would look amazing after the bronzing process. I can already see me keeping them afterwards. I love be these videos. They are packed full of great ideas. Thank you so very much for sharing your process and success with us.I am soooo the elephant in the room!
OMG! You called me out :👀: looking around for the camera:: 😂 I went ballistic with Halloween, fall and Christmas pulling everything out of my craft room to the living room so I could work while watching TV. Aka losing my ever loving mind, of course "spring cleaning" comes along and I throw everything back in the craft room... this is where y'all need to add.. bless her lil heart ❤️ .. at least the living room is now livable, but my craft room not so much. My biggest problem is WAY too many different obsessions. Soap, candles, freshies, resin, wood, up flips, jewelry, lions, tigers and bears oh my!! I love your videos and they have inspired me to research vendor booths to showcase my madness! Thank you so much for sharing
Hi are we twins LMAO my craft room is an absolute mess right now. My husband was out of town for two weeks and I just let it get crazy b/c he wasn't here with his judgy eyes haha He came home and was like?? How do you work like this? I thrive in chaos. I was more productive than I have been. But yeah, I'm a mess and I feel called out too.
@brieoshiro no one understands me at all. My children tell me I'm CDO because OCD isn't alphabetically in order. I will lose my mind if the rest of the house isn't neat, tidy and decorated by season. I guess the craft room is sorta like the kitchen "junk drawer" but on a much larger scale. I swear it harbors imps that come in when i leave and throw crap all over the place, but I do know where everything is and it's my beautiful chaos in there. 🤔 I'm glad that you shared with me, now I have proof I'm not the only one!! Have a super day!
You are very welcome! I do that too as seen in the video..LOL. Our brains think we can make way more stuff that what we can get to, feel like or process. I do understand the different obsessions and I will say after making candles in my last Mass Making video, I have no desire to repeat that. I have def thought about making soaps, but never have and just buy them form other artists. We as creators look at anything and think we can just create it instead of buy it. We don't have to do that...I plan to talk more about this in my next MMaking video. Thank you for sharing, this is why I love the comments. They really get my juices flowing too!
I can't put into words how much I enjoyed this video....I have recently got memorable stuff from relatives that passed and I wanted to do something special with and thanks to you I am so inspired. TFS
Yes I do that exactly! My husband has been a great guy about it. We just moved to PA and all my “crafting things” were in storage. And now I’m signed up for an art/craft fair in May. It’s been really stressful unless I’m creating something. Our new home didn’t have an area I could label as crafts only. I really miss having a booth to sell my designs but hopefully I’ll get one soon. Thanks for these great ideas and motivational talks I needed this. Have a great weekend.
Oh my word! I'm in love with your lessons. I'm going to do that bronzing technique on my whatnots. Love those little collection frames, too. You are so inspiring! Thank you.❤
You really have become one of my favorites. Your ideas are so different and uniques and not the same all the time. I love it. Please keep them coming!!!
I absolutely love the little statues that you made look like bronze. I can't wait to try it. I have a booth in a very busy flea market. They switched to Ricochet Consignment computerized inventory system about 3 years ago. I just love it. No more keeping up with tags. It was kind of a pain to enter every item in the booth into the system and print new tags but once that was done, it was a piece of cake. It is so much easier and more accurate when people check out. I love being able to log in at any time and know what I have sold and need to replace.
Yay, so glad you are going to try those statues, they were a lot of fun to makeover. We are not on the computerized system yet, but they say it is coming, I am all for it, like you said it will be easier to keep up with. Thank you so much for the comment!
1. The figures, the technique was awesome and so doable with ordinary paints. 2. The framed collages and bags of ephemeral, great way to use up some small pieces and papers. 3. Thank you again for all the info about your booth. 4. OMG, 'the elephant in the room', that is soo me! 5. I live in Michigan but was in Statesville last week visiting family and of course I couldn't be that close and not go to your booth. Your booth layout is great and I love everything in it!
Absolutely love the painting technique on the little statues. Thank you for sharing the prices w/us & all the other information. I really enjoyed this video.
Hey Sharon! I just love these videos! The how to, the pep talk, the ideas. Just things I may not think about. In fact, a lot of them I haven’t thought of! I’m just getting back into crafting fairly regularly. We used to own a small motel in Nevada. And we lived on site. It was 24/7, 365 days a year. We did that for eight years then Covid hit and we were lucky to be able to sell the place. So I didn’t have a lot of time to craft during that time. I do now. So it’s been a bit overwhelming and I’m older too! Anyway. I really appreciate your ideas and thoughts about crafting and making a buck or two! Thank you so much Sharon! ❤️💜💚
Thank you so very much for the support! I enjoy sharing and coming up with new ideas. Owning a small hotel sounds fun. I am sure it was overwhelming at times but probably very interesting. I am so excited that you are going to have more time to create and yes it can be overwhelming, especially with lots of supplies, it is like you don't know what to make first. I generally look or watch things for inspiration and then it hits me and I go make something!
Oh my that is me, I just took a break to watch you because I was exhausted clearing/organizing my shelves in my craft room. It is true I have bags and bags of things I'm going to start doing! My wonderful husband says to me when are you going to start a project ? You got everything you needed lol, I laugh and say I have 100' s started.😮
Same here! However my craft room is downstairs in the basement , but our dining room table is full of things to work on! 🤷🏼♀️🤦♀️ I just recently got booths to put things in! Praying they both take off! Thanks for your advice and sharing your experiences!
Lol! I was reading the comments and they are all so me as well! Your videos are ao inspiring and helpful! Your type of crafting is q00% up my alley! As with many others tou-tube is where I draw my inspiration. However, I have a turned my living room, which we never used into my "studiio." Of which I never use. It is more a storage area. And our spare room is my true studio. It is really beautiful in there, but small. I have way too much stuff!!!! Lol. But the ideas you have given in the last three videos have set a creative spark that have been lacking within myself. Your ideas are so different. I honestly get tired of people doing the exact same thing over and over again. I have you and Maggie feim Creative Crafts and More that I enjoy most, because you both are out of the box crafter and I LOVE that! Thank you! Thank you for the inspiration, the information and for working when you are so tired! You are amazing! I look forward to seeing what else you come up with! Btw, the shadow boxes/ frames are my favorite! I have been making g these for awhile and I love making them and they sell well. Pricing is my biggest issue. I really only make stuff to give me something to do. Selling items is really just to buy more crafts supplies. Lol. I have some health issues and crafting is my creative outlet. Please take care of yourself and get some rest! You are one busy lady!❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you so much and I truly understand having more than one room in my home dedicated to my craft. Comments like this truly inspire me to keep going as a TH-cam creator, thank you and keep going!
Sharon, wonderful, wonderful video. I don’t even sell in a booth and I enjoyed this video so much! I would do more and sell, but there is no successful area near me. I just love to see you assemble this stuff and hear you talk. Really, I am surrounded by baskets, trunks (I have made over), and even a deck box that ‘I am going to make’ and never get made. So, you are my inspiration to get going and make it, because there is always the yard sale as an outlet and I do 2-4 a year. I make a little money, enjoy the venue and clear out my makeovers. Thanks again. Looking forward to the next video.
Yes, great idea. I need to mention Yardsales in my next video. People do see their handmade items at yard sales! This is why I love the comment section. Thank you for commenting and watching.
You are INSPIRING! I needed the pep talk at the end bc you described my situation to a T…if my landlord came in here he would evict me bc my living room area looks like a storage unit- I have little unorganized areas I other rooms but if he saw the Livy room he would assume every room looks like it. Great idea to just create, knock it out then move on to the next.
Good Job girlie!! That is great for part time !!❤❤❤ keep doing your thing! You are so great. You crack me flipping up!!!! YESsss!!!! The answer is YEASSS!!!
I absolutely love your videos! You are one of my favorite to watch. The combination of inspiration with the tips and tricks, sales ideas, and coaching is fantastic! Please keep doing what you're doing! I would like to sell, eventually. I need to work on courage. Rejection is what I fear not failure so much. And how do I avoid the elephant?! Omg i died laughing! I am an empty nester and have TWO rooms just filled, 😂 you are dead on! To avoid the energy drain of overwhelmed, I watch videos of people like you! When I see someone else inspired or making it work... then i can too! I definitely do get sucked into the "must clean and organize whole space before i work" sometimes too...😂 It is what it is! Thank you for your videos and insights!
Thank you, Thank you! Yes, me too! I watch videos and get inspired as well! Remember that Rejection is about the other person most of the time; meaning your items although beautiful may not be their style..if you can remember that in the sense that the rejection is not a personal attack, you will grow so much! Most of the time when people react badly to us it has nothing to do with us; meaning they had a bad day, they are financially overwhelmed, they have mental health issues etc. etc. We are just the person that ends up at the butt of it, or a conduit that brings out that negativity; for example we bump in to someone accidentally and they go off, rarely is their reaction about the actual bumping into. Anyways, just do and start what you want and you will be successful! You are so very welcome!
Loving every bit of EVERYTHING! Gets my creative juices flowing. It's about making your own style while thinking outside the/your box! Again, LOVE IT!!!❤🎉
I’m crazy about the figurines that you made over! Long time ago I made a similar craft with black paint and gold leaf. They looked a lot like your figures, everyone wanted them.
I loved the video so much. Everything you made was wonderful and the information you let us in on was life changing. You so described me with the shopping trips to get supplies. Every time I watch a creator I run out to buy supplies and I maybe do 1 project and I'm so proud of what I made I just give it away. Lol
I tried the little bronze statue idea with some figurines and it turned out so cute! Really transformed them! Also I had tons of ephemera from my papercrafting days, so I am making up the ephemera packets to sell in my booth! I'm getting so much inspiration from you! Would love to see more "mass making" videos! (I've watched the three that you have multiple times as a tutorial! LOL!)
Hello Sharon! Girl... My Elephant 🐘 has been revealed, LOL!!! It sounded like you were talking about ME when describing buying craft supplies by the bag full, having so many ideas, coming home and dumping them on the floor in a room. I actually have 2 rooms like this. My craft room is upstairs and a spare bedroom downstairs for all my overflow. I can barely walk into either one. I have great plans to organize the rooms but it never happens. You have inspired me to get it done! Your creations today are beautiful and unique, as always. So glad it was another longer video, you know they are my fave. You always leave me excited to see what you create in your next video. Take care and thanks for sharing. 😘
I can’t wait to see how you use the new IOD specimens mould!! ❤. And yep, guilty about the craft room hoard!!! I have a ton of bags FULL of junk…not to mention a whole storage building!
Of course I ordered them and that lovely Cloche/Birdcare stamp set!. We will definitely be making some unique things with them! Sounds like you have a lot of items to create with ! Thank you for commenting!
Sharon you crack me up girrrrl. The elephant in the room🐘🐘🐘. I don't actually have that, but I totally get your point as I'm starting to look for things to get inspired & I have a small stash now that is um yeah just sitting there 😆. I'm still on the fence as to what I want to do, booth, ebay, etsy blah blah blah but I'll figure out until then I love watching & listening to you as your so creative & inspiring you cute little vampire 🧛♀🧛♀😃
So funny to listen to you talk about organizing it seems like your speaking about me 😂 I am trying to get organized and finish projects that I started then didn't get back to. I am a bit of a perfectionist not very helpful. Your videos have helped me move on and get it done. Thank you for great tips and encouragement you are an inspiration. 😊
Been thinking about doing a channel for a long time… tried whatnot and did not make enough profit versus time it takes my Poshmark and Mercari sales are very slow…..love your creations and personality!!!❤ every video inspires me, thank you!
I’m so inspired!! I have tons of items large and small to “refresh” and “repurpose.” There are few places I can check into getting a small booth at. So, dumb questions alert 🚨: Do you have to have a business license? A registered business name? A separate tax ID? How do you initially get started? I’m a psych nurse in Louisiana I enjoy painting with watercolors, use chalk paint and other mixed mediums and be creative! Thanks for all that you’ve shared!
Hello fellow nurse, I did Psych nursing the first 7 years of my nursing career. I am a psych nurse at heart always. Yes I have a sales tax ID only so I can purchase wholesale like my DIY paints and Rocycled papers. However, you do not need a tax ID to have a vendor booth or to sell your items. The Antique Mall where I have my booth uses my social security number to give a me a tax form to use on my taxes. Hope this helps! Thank you so much for watching and the question.
🐘♥🐘Just knowing that others have 9 bags of dollar tree stuff dropped right inside their door (true!) is comforting to me and encourages me to not go to DT this weekend, just create and clean. We'll see how the plan goes! ♥
Wonderful! yes you are not alone, so many of us are like this. So glad you are going to create & clean, or just create...generally one leads to the other!! Thank you for commenting.
I get it..I just got my office back to 75% clean, but I have no doubt it will get chaotic again. Thank you for watching! and commenting, hang in there with that Elephant!
I love how you took the old what nots and created magic!!!!!! Omg! What poly gloss sealer do you use after you apply everything? I love your mass making vids!❤of course, the nurse is my fave!😝and I love your ephemera packs! I’m a sucker for buying these!!!
Thank you Kathy, yes I loved the Nurse too! I use Minwax Polycrylic Crystal Clear Gloss, we bought a large can for a desk and didn't use all of it, so since I had quite a bit left I have been using it on certain projects. Here is a link from Amazon. You can get this just about anywhere; Walmart, Lowes, etc. amzn.to/3IMCXVn
Dark and moody is my favorite! I have an old silver candleabra with three arms plus the center and I want to do a Christmas makeover with it. Want to show some inspirations for me in an upcoming video?? Thanks!
Great video as always! I really like these longer videos. I'm learning a lot. I get crafter fatigue so much. I keep thinking if I buy more stuff I'll make more - hahaha I just end up with piles and bags. I forget what I have and it's like Christmas when I go through it haha I'm a chaos gremlin in here. I had overflowing stacks at my desk b/c I was in the middle of stuff. But I had to clean up last night - it was starting to encase me lol Now I need to find room to store the stuff I'm gonna sell lol I love being creative, the cleaning and selling it not so much.
Yes, getting the stuff to start is so easy, making the projects takes time, give yourself a break, you will get there! Creative people are chaotic and messy...it is okay, the first step is just making something....if I waited to make something until I got organized I would never make anything! Thank you for the comment!
Thanks for a great video. I’m a new subscriber and love your content. The packs for booths were such a good idea, I’ve got soooo much stuff like that plus I have lots of fingernail files which would be perfect!
WELCOME!!! So happy you are here! Yes, put those items together, they sell so easy. I just went to my booth yesterday and all of my packs were sold, thank goodness I took 10 more packs! People will buy almost anything, myself included...LOL.
Where do you source your bags for ephemera, and larger bags? I was gifted 12 lg totes of scrapbooking supplies, Martha Stewart punches Cricut square press, with the pressing mat, just an amazing amount of goodies. Enjoyed this episode, very timely, I must get things sold. I have dropped down from 7 booths to 3. Just had stents placed in my heart. I knew I was short of breath, could not believe 80% and 90% blockages. I feel like I’ve been reborn!!
So happy you are better now Sharon! I source my clear bags from Amazon. I type in cellophane bags and all kinds come up. Thank you so much for sharing!
Hey i was watching Kathy and she shouted you out so I thought why not it's only 2am and im in the process (very slowly I might add) of cleaning up my craft room. My family says I have a problem because of all the different crafts in my craft room. But I have ADHD and get bored really easily, but my real problem is that when I go to get something or put it away (ok who am I kidding I dont like putting anything in my craft room away), but I think to myself i need a shelf for that or a cabinet or whatever and the next thjng you know I've stopped crafting (or at least what my family considers crafting) and started building. At this point my craft room is seriously wall to wall and floor to ceiling with cabinets and cubbies and whatnot, ive already started hanging stuff from an old baby bed frames that is suspended from the ceiling and now I am keeping my eyes open for another frame. Anyways i have enjoyed watching your video and have subscribed with the notifications on and im looking forward to the next one, but in the meantime ill just binge watch all your other videos. Keep up the good work!🎉
WELCOME!!! So happy you are here. Most creatives have ADHD or ADD, or at least that is my thoughts, so we can be, all over the place, but that is what makes us so creative. Thank you for watching and sharing your story!
The statue transformation is unbelievable
Thank you so much!
Yay!!! Thank you so much for sharing this. Yes God directs us all of the time, I believe you!
I swear all creators have ADD and or ADHD. Yes, my studio can be so clean and then boom demolished, thank you for the comment!
She's is a favorite of mine too!
Thank you!!
Wow, thank you! and thank you for commenting plus watching!!!!
The figurines painted to look like metal are AMAZING!!!!!
Thank you so very much!

Yes, that is exactly why I did this so I can sell some JJ supplies. You are so welcome and thank you for watching!
Oh, I wish you still sold on etsy, I would buy several of these pieces. Great job!!!
I am considering listing some of the items I have made on Etsy, we will see.
Loved everything and I’m definitely one of the elephants in a room! 😂❤❤
Thank you so much, I am an Elephant too. LOL!
One last comment, I just love your voice and how open and honest you are about everything!!! ❤️
Thank you so very much!
BINGO!!! Don’t get Squirreled!!! 😂😂😂😂
Yes, don't get squirreled, I love this!
Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought to sell any of these items!! You are so generous with your information . Thank you!!
You are so welcome! This comment is why I do these videos! Thank you so much.
Thank you, thank you, thank you for sharing your talent with me. And thank you for going through your processes. You are truly a talented woman with a good heart.
You are so welcome and thank you for watching!!!
Hi Sharon, I very much enjoyed watching the stash creations, God knows most of us have so many things we've collected that should be used.
Your selling advice is spot on and I appreciate the information. You're the best!!
😄😄😄
Thank you so much! and you are so very welcome!
Thank you for all the wonderful ideas and information. I really appreciate that you encouraged us to use whatever we have 😊
You are so welcome! Thank you for watching!
Yay! Sounds like a lot of fun for you with those frames. Thank you so much for the comment and watching!
I'm glad that you shared with me, now I have proof I'm not the only one!!
LOL...I work just fine in the middle of chaos and do my best work at the last minute!! I made sure I called myself out too...bahahah.
Yes, I don't want the rest of the house a mess, but my Studio can be a disaster!
I can't put into words how much I enjoyed this video....I have recently got memorable stuff from relatives that passed and I wanted to do something special with and thanks to you I am so inspired. TFS
Glad you enjoyed it! Thank you so much for your wonderful comment!
You are so welcome, sounds like you are getting back on track, keep going!
Love all the little bags of ephemera! The figurines were awesome! The frames were all so creative! 🤗
Thanks so much! 😊
THANK YOU! I didn't know what to do with all of my stuff now I do.
Wonderful! Keep going! Thank you for the comment.
Oh my word! I'm in love with your lessons. I'm going to do that bronzing technique on my whatnots. Love those little collection frames, too. You are so inspiring! Thank you.❤
Yay!!! Thank you so much for telling me, this is why I do these videos and why I love the comment section.
You really have become one of my favorites. Your ideas are so different and uniques and not the same all the time. I love it. Please keep them coming!!!
Thanks so much 😊
I absolutely love the little statues that you made look like bronze.
Thank you so much! Yes, I too have that Elephant!!! Awe, yes Statesville is not too far from Hickory!
Absolutely love the painting technique on the little statues. Thank you for sharing the prices w/us & all the other information. I really enjoyed this video.
You are so welcome, thank you for the comment and watching!
Sharon! I thought I was the only one!!!! I call myself the craft supply collector, lol. ❤❤
Too funny, thank you for the comment!
This video is the best. Loved seeing vintage projects done like this. So different from the ordinary ones you usually see. Cheers
Thank you so much!!
Thank you for your comment and yes keep going things will take off!
I totally get it, so glad to hear you are organizing, keep going! Thank you for commenting and watching!
The fashion frame reminds me of old patterns ❤
Yes it does, thank you for the comment!
That was very good information. I love the way you painted those figurines. It really makes a huge difference. Thank you so much for sharing
You are so welcome, thank you for the comment and watching!
You are so very welcome! Keep going, every little bit helps. We all struggle with the same issues related to supplies and creating, you are not alone!
Good Job girlie!! That is great for part time !!❤❤❤ keep doing your thing! You are so great. You crack me flipping up!!!! YESsss!!!! The answer is YEASSS!!!
Thank you so much!! and Yay!
Fascinatingly. Wonderful!!! I really liked all of them, more than I thought I would.🎉😊
Thanks so much! 😊
Loving every bit of EVERYTHING! Gets my creative juices flowing. It's about making your own style while thinking outside the/your box! Again, LOVE IT!!!❤🎉
Yes, this is exactly why I do these videos!
Mystery bags fantastic idea!!
Thank you so much!
I’m crazy about the figurines that you made over! Long time ago I made a similar craft with black paint and gold leaf. They looked a lot like your figures, everyone wanted them.
Thank you!
Je vous félicite pour votre excellent travail et merci de partager votre savoir-faire c'était grandement apprécié et agréable 😍👍👍👍❤❤❤
Thank you!
Girl you are brilliant!
Thank you so much for your comment and watching!
I loved the video so much. Everything you made was wonderful and the information you let us in on was life changing. You so described me with the shopping trips to get supplies. Every time I watch a creator I run out to buy supplies and I maybe do 1 project and I'm so proud of what I made I just give it away. Lol
You are so welcome! I am so glad to hear you are proud of what you made. That is wonderful! Thank you for the comment and watching!
Love these! And I would love them mystery bag's!!❤
Thank you so much!
LOL!)
Thank you so much for watching multiple times! I plan on doing another 3 part series for the mass making in the future. Thank you again!
Love your style! The statues are amazing!!! Have to try that!!
Thank you so much, yes try it, it is pretty easy and fun!
Great idea for the figurines!!
Thank you!
I love it all, but especially the figurines!
Thank you!
I have a few items I’ve been going to do the bronze statue look on. Thanks for the instruction!❤️
You are very welcome, thank you for the comment!
Thank you so much Terri! Yes, organize or create, whichever one hits you first...lol. I find that doing one leads to the other!
I can’t wait to see what you make!! I bought almost everything from the last release! My poor wallet! 😂😂
lol love you!!
So I’m normal!! Thank you for all the ideas
Yes you are normal and like the rest of us! Thank you so much.
Love love love the statues! Those turned out so neat.
Thank you so much!
The figurines project is a great idea! Love it!
Thank you so much!
Love your projects, ideas, and knowledge! ❤
Thank you very much!
They are beautiful!!! Yes I will be trying it❤❤❤❤
Yay! You should. Thank you for watching.
Thank you so much for your comment and watching!
Love your channel and I love how you touch on making AND selling items. You’ve given me tons of inspiration ❤
Thank you so much! This comment is why I do these videos.
Awesome ideas! Thanks for sharing
Thank you for commenting!
It sounds familiar because we are all alike, we love junk and making projects! Keep going, you will get to the point you want.
Thank you for sharing!
You are very welcome, thank you for the comment!
Been thinking about doing a channel for a long time… tried whatnot and did not make enough profit versus time it takes my Poshmark and Mercari sales are very slow…..love your creations and personality!!!❤ every video inspires me, thank you!
Thank you so much!
I was sent by Krafty Kathy. New subbie here! I would never have thought of painting figurines. Neat idea!!
WELCOME!!! and yes doesn't it give them new life! I am a little obsessed with them. Thank you so much for watching and commenting!

Yes yes and yes! Thats so me! Ive bought so much even to thrift flip. I have to get motivated! Great video!
It is all of us! The nice thing is you have plenty of stuff to be creative with and can start right away! Keep going and thank you for the comment!

Never apologize for having too much “Junk”…. Instead Brag! 😊 Love your creations!
LOL, too funny, yes I should be bragging!!!
I am an elephant! Add hits hard.....but I do clean off my desk first.
I get it..I just got my office back to 75% clean, but I have no doubt it will get chaotic again. Thank you for watching! and commenting, hang in there with that Elephant!
Great video, so many ideas!
Thank you!

Dark and moody is my favorite! I have an old silver candleabra with three arms plus the center and I want to do a Christmas makeover with it. Want to show some inspirations for me in an upcoming video?? Thanks!
Thank you, yes I love that suggestion! I will keep that in mind for Christmas videos!
I love these!!
Thank you Anita!
Thanks so much!
Thank you!
The figurines were so unique what a great way to use them so, you will have to let us know if they sell.
I sure will, thank you!
Just saw your video. Really enjoyed it. I also subscribed and Can't wait to see more. Thank you for sharing so much good information with us.

You are amazing!!
Thank you so much!
Wonderful!
Many thanks!
Love your style ❤
Thank you very much!
