- Hello everyone, the Sepetember 2024 premium subscription art supply box from Sketchbox has arrived for me! This art haul is always full of surprises! I hope you enjoy this unboxing, with a quick look at the contents, how they swatch out, and my little artwork.
It's always fun to try out new art supplies and sometimes more of a challenge than others, but a great creative exercise.

Your bird is amazing!!!! On the SketcBox educational video, Lana painted a color swatch and laid it under her palette so she would know what color she was getting when painting, I thought this was a great tip!
Thank you so much! I am way out of practice with acrylic and felt the struggle. That's a great tip!...I ended up using them out of their lids next to the tube...thankfully I didn't mix them up. 😄

There are so many beautiful birds...the photo of the bird I was looking at is from a South African bird...so colorful.

You're so talented. I always watch your unboxings, but these drawing and painting ones (since I don't buy them) I speed up just to get to the end to see what you've drawn or painted. I always love them!

Great unboxing as usual! And … thank you for the tip about not watering down acrylics. I try to turn everything into watercolor 🤪 and didn’t know it would affect the binder in acrylics!
@@pamschmaltz3806 Thank you for watching your support! 😃 It’s really hard to try to paint with acrylic after watercolor. I kept expecting my paint to spread like watercolor and last longer on my brush. Oh the struggle! I was way out of practice with acrylic. I think I’ve decided I like painting with watercolor better, but acrylic is great for mixed media, and also the gel printing plate for sure!
I love your random stream of whatever you said❤You are so funny the way you scold yourself😂 The paints are very interesting, but not really my taste. However, if I were as talented as you, I would use them.
