I like Ecoline markers, but they don't work how I like when trying to use them as watercolor. Kuretake is a great brand. I like the beach scene that you created! Thanks for sharing.
I would like to try them on a more traditional mixed media or hot press paper. I remember liking them more on my Paul Rubens hot press paper! But those brush pens were SO good!
I agree with you about the Eciline Markers. I did not like those at all (love the Indigo color). The Z's were so nice. I've never used anything like that before.
The ink colors were amazing but those markers just aren't my cup of tea! But I do know lots of people really like them so this was a great box overall!
I think there were a few more stickers in the box that you left.
I was going to mention this as well. Looked like at least 3 stickers in total!
There were 3 and I DEFINITELY missed them! I wonder if everyone got extras?
In general, I think bullet nibs are just rough on paper.🤔 Brush nibs seem to be a little more gentle. But I had fun with this box.
I definitely agree and I know I'm heavy handed too! But definitely this box was a lot of fun! I'm glad you enjoyed it too!

tbh, I thought sketch box is out of business. good to know its not. love the beach scene
Sketchbox is still going strong! I love their boxes - they are the only art subscription I still get!
