2 Year Old Makes Pancakes

- Rose made pancakes all by herself(recipe below)! She is 27 months old

RECIPE:
2 eggs
1 banana
2.5 tablespoons coconut flour
pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract(optional)
Beat the eggs in a large bowl then add the sliced banana and mash very well. Add the coconut flour, salt, vanilla, and mix very well.
Heat a non-stick pan with some butter over medium heat. Once the pan is hot, add the batter and cook pancakes until golden brown on each side, about 4 minutes per side. Enjoy!

It’s not too early to teach. Young children learn and copy what they see their parents doing. Dad is a well known chef and he is setting a great example for her to follow. Much better than a meth head showing his kid how to light his pipe, you know? Kids are at times mirrors of their parents. Be a good reflection for your kids.
