- I tried to complete all 100 art prompts from Moriah Elizabeth’s “Create This Book 2” in just 100 minutes.
And, well… I heavily underestimated how quickly the time would pass… and may have accidentally left the book in the rain at one point… I’m so sorry Moriah!

My favourite part of the video is the write something you should always remember and Sarah wrote don’t rush your art, but the irony is she is rushing the entire book. It made me laugh. This is what I call a amazing job
This was so fun to watch 🤣 the cover ended up looking so cool, I love that you're honest and tell us the mistakes. It really helps beginner artists like me to see that it happens to everyone and not to expect perfection every time. ❤️

oh to your dream: What about creating a book like the one you just did in the video and send it off to artists on TH-cam... every artist get's to pick one page and make it epic! That would be the coolest ever book of art collections!
Oh that would be great!!!! Use a random generator to tell each artist which page they have to do. And give a time limit!! That would be fun to watch. HUGS

This idea would be a lot of fun to watch. Similar to the painting Ten Hundred sent around to various YT artists to have a go at. Cool concept, amazing piece of work. I think it would be awesome to see what everyone could come up with.

Well that was fun! Reminds me of a painting challenge I did many years ago with limited time and no choice of which colour or paintbrush to use. The lack of time really helps with getting art on the page!!
This was so much fun. I'd love to see you now taking the things you'd drawn as prompts to try and "fix" some. Adding things, repurposing the drawings, making scenes and patterns etc

Awesome video! Sometimes you just need to brain dump your mind onto pages to free up space in your imagination. It also shows that you really cant rush art which I personally struggle with because I am hooked on the accomplishment euphoria when I create something good. I sometimes try to rush to get to that feeling and it doesn’t always pan out well. Loved the cover art and it looks better with the damage it is like unintentional intentional art. Amazing work!
"Take The Money And Run" was recently commissioned by an art museum and got a lot of press for the title & that it was a giant 20ft or so wide blank canvas... so yes, you're right, lol

HaHa. Love it. I was drawing a forest floor and wrecked a mushroom, so I painted it black and re did it with white lines. So I love your idea of painting the cover black to recover from non compatable art products. I would be stuck for an entire year working on that book!! But i love it and it looks like fun. HUGS

I love your channel! You are so down to earth, and even show that you are not always perfect, though I know and have seen the stunning art you are perfectly capable of doing! There is still hope for those of us who TRY hard ... and have the feeling they are still far off from really good results! Most videos by others I find depressing because I cannot relate at all. This was so interesting. I don’t think I might be able to do any of those pages in 100 minutes. I tend to be a perfectionist and I would certainly lose it after 10 minutes. I suffered with you when the stress came, and when the result of the first attempt to the cover was not what you expected. In the end, I think the video is great and your result is awesome.

This was enjoyable and fun to watch. It was a great reminder that it's not always about the end result or an amazing piece but rather the process of having fun while being creative. This also reminds me that I need to pull out my Create this Book 2 and have a play! 💜

I think the prompts are really cool, but I could never do this under time pressure and have fun with that at the same time. I am curious how the pages would look like of you took your time!

The stress hit a little too close to home for me but I appreciate the follow through and the lessons to be learned. Good job sticking with it even after the cover was rained on!
I think I just found the best colored pencils Sarah dreams of. And they are priced mid-level, not cheap, but also not extremely expensive. They combine every advantage of Polychromos, Luminance and Prismacolor and don't have the disadvantages.

Next time when you do a cover and want to use pencil use, good quality white/clear gesso! It works like a charm. 😉 The 'art' you did was what I would do when I color without a reference.. I have aphantasia (no mind's eye) so I can't Invision.. and it will look like a small child coloring. So this book is not for me because it takes to much out of me.. but it always nice to see what people come up with.

I actually really liked this idea, you should fill more creative page books but maybe a little slower this time, like 2 or 5 minutes.

Thanks for the video - I enjoyed watching you! I bought this book last year and had difficulty with the cover too! I am working my way through it slowly and still get stressed but for different reasons - “ What shall I do?” and “Don’t ruin it!” come to mind. So thanks for giving me the freedom to not worry and give it a try. 🐧😀

I would say more un/intentionally ruined the book with a hard challenge that was very quickly given up on. Besides the MAJOR clickbait title interesting video. It’s nice to know that we can still have fun and be stressed when we do give ourselves the challenges. Could lead to another series of “fixing/saving create this book 2”
O my, the time limit would stress me out but I'd love the challenge to finish it without time pressures. I've just ordered Johanna Basford's 30 days of creativity which will be a bit less stressful hopefully 😂 I've wanted it ever since you featured it last year, so thank you for the heads up! 😊😊

Bonjour! There's another way to say hello or rather good day for your page. This was crazy insane and I think it would make Moriah laugh. In all honesty though, I'd love to see you tackle some of these art prompts without feeling rushed. I'd also be curious to see how your little interprets some of them. Maybe let him tackle a few off camera and show them off? I'm always intrigued to see what the uninhibited mind of a child can come up with.

I have tactile issues with surfaces, especially paper, especially after I wash my hands, since lipids help reduce friction, washing hands can increase unbearable sensitivity to friction. most commercial colouring books do not have the type of paper that I can use without reservation. so I do the "insert page" a lot. then I ended up archiving them in a portfolio binder, just referencing the art piece with an index referring to the book, like reference resources noted at the end of a given research paper.
man, I forgot how fun AND laborious manual cataloguing can be.

The "Create This Book" books are definitely not conducive to finishing one page in a minute, but kudos for trying. The books are a lot of fun and have great ideas. This was very ambitious of you - I don't think I could do something like that. I find if I try to rush, I just freeze up and can't do anything.
That is an AWESOME dream! I wonder if any of the art youtubers are also incredible event planners? Could do a VidCon type of event but just for art youtubers.
Also, when you said 100 pages in 100 monutes I thought okay, so you're gonna do 100 pages and it will be edited down to 100 minutes... then I was like, oh. Oh no. There's no way this video is that long, she's actually gonna do it! I was rooting for you for sure but what a challenge! Great job cause I think I would've started throwing curse words around 😅
Your background and your wallpaper in your room you should color it with paint or makers your choice so it looks colorful
