    Well done Sir. Thanks for the ride on this rainy day on the Oregon Coast. It helped my mental stability, ha.

      Well.... I know you are always promoting my channel, thanks by the way. I do try to provide a resource to fellow travellers, but I still have so many places to ride!

      @@RobertMerz That’s why we gotta keep you in the saddle, get some more Canadian territory covered where you e never been, as well as getting back into the US and check out the Wisconsin Dells, corn country, rolling hills thru Iowa when it’s “knee high by the 4th of July” the saying goes, ride around the Nashville, and the backroads of Tennessee, down into Eureka Springs in Arkansas and stay at the Cathouse. The Gulf Coast from Panama City, FL thru Destin, Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, and Biloxi have breath taking weather and scenery. You know all this anyway... I’m caught up in the moment thinking about travels thru there myself! I’m sure you already have your own checklist.

    • @RobertMerz

      Well that is very exciting to think about. I also have a lot of places to ride and film on the west side of the continent too, places I have been but not filmed. So now we have to figure out how to make it happen and still keep me in the lifestyle I have become accustomed!!

    Say friend , love that exhaust ! I have a Roadliner too. Just curious , did you add cruise control & heated grips to your bike ?
    Please include your bike in your videos ! Thx 😊 🤙

      I have Cobra pipes with the flow thru baffles. It does sound great, and is still quiet when you ride it gently. When you get on the throttle it is nice and deep, and doesn't have the sharp sounds of no baffles.
      I never did add heated grips or cruise, I think both are a good idea. I have sometimes toyed with the idea of one of those throttle locks. It would be nice to have the opportunity to give the right hand a break once in awhile

      @@RobertMerz looking forward to 2021, and some normalcy... and some great riding, minus all the smoke in the air so many had to endure the last year and a half.

    • @RobertMerz
      @RobertMerz  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, me too, on all counts. Although here we only had smoke for about a week. But we could do without so much rain as last year. From May 1 to September 1 we had 19 days with no measurable precipitation. It was the wettest year I can ever remember.

      @@RobertMerz then it’s not likely to have back to back rainy seasons hopefully.... gotta get you back out on the trail riding everywhere!
