I like where you're going with it!! Let's see what you think of these ideas to get more "variably consistent" striations... Keep it in mind... "variably consistent"... LOL... 1) Thinner green stripes. Poke holes in the bottom edge of a foil pan. Spacing and size of the holes, speed of sweeping with the pan, and twisting the pan, will make them wider or narrower and put some "motion" in them. 2) Use it, or another, for the spray paint "pulls" too. 2) Use a garden or spring steel leaf rake to make the pull throughs. Angle the rake head to make the the pulls narrower. Donate a spring steel leaf rake to the cause and cut off several tines for "variability". 3) Add larger "drops" throughout to simulate knots.
My husband and I never done epoxy before but he's got a GMC Sierra sidestep older model he's rebuilding and wants truck bed done . How much do you charge or if not how much how much should I order
do it yourself.. trust me... it's a lot easier than it looks.. yea it has its difficulties,,, but practice on small pieces first then wen you get used to it do the big stuff and trust me,,, after you do it yourself you'll be proud of yourself and everyone will come to you to do theirs and YOU can make extra cash also
since that was just a sample im not putting a coat of clear .... but the actual floor i did which is on this page i did put another clear coat that has more UV protection
i used 2 different brands one is "Leggari" the other is "Stone Coat Countertops" and they are both on TH-cam just look them up and deiced which is best for your project

can you use epoxy on a Bedliner in a truck? or would it damage the Bedliner.
if its flexible no ...my bed floor is wood with square tubing for rigidity ... and i just poured the floor and editing the video to post coming soon
Would you do another clear coat over that?
