Just wow.. Matthew..(congratulations by the way) you have a way of gifting people the grace and understanding of real life situations. With ease and kindness and competence. Thank you for your view points and analogies. I listen and read a lot of stuff.. and to be honest.. I don't retain them all too well at times.. but you paint a picture that's so easy to see..it's like turning on light. I see myself in a different light and understanding when you talk. Thank you thank you 💗

'Finding Love' - I think this is setting ourselves up to chase our tails - often forever.
I think that 'Love' is something 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘣𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘵𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦.
When you 𝘣𝘰𝘵𝘩 bring Love to the table - that is when you get the grounding, the emotional & spiritual equilibrium - which makes for the magic that we all seem to be looking for.
Find Love first - find your Self.
Then find an other who has found the same.

What a great great conversation! Thank you so much, really appreciated how lengthy it was. I would've listened even if it was 4 hours! Will definitely be coming back to this conversation- so many things were so beautifully articulated and shared.

The biggest take away is to find a project , outside than the relationship , to work on. Just like life itself, it works every time ❤

One of the best things you can do if you are on a dating app, is to have a dedicated email address that you use for the app that is seperate from your regular email that you use for everything else. That way you can’t be lured in to the app when you’re checking your email for other things. You can use the app when you want to, but it can’t have “access” to you at anytime.

What was the reasoning behind choosing those chairs?? Make your guests uncomfortable? Weird angles? Seriously, INVEST IN A COMFY ARMCHAIRS! As a respect to your guests and audience as well

The love of your life could be attending the 𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 𝘴𝘢𝘮𝘦 coffee shop - but just enough people behind in the queue that you might never meet them.
We could all of us at all times be teetering on the precipice of our dreams coming true - with only a gossamer sheet between us & those dreams.
