Just that it looked like the friction was way to high and there was no plasticity in the bounce, with all force kept instead of being shed. Technically speaking, the rigid body physics doesn't calculate deformation and just uses a factor for how much energy is lost, if that's set too high you get weird stuff like that. Also it looks extra wrong since you "know" that a human body gives a bit so... yeah. Still a problem, just that the physics wasn't *completely* out of order, it could gain momentum there, just that it would still have slowed down due to losing energy on the bounce which didn't happen.

Just that it looked like the friction was way to high and there was no plasticity in the bounce, with all force kept instead of being shed.
Technically speaking, the rigid body physics doesn't calculate deformation and just uses a factor for how much energy is lost, if that's set too high you get weird stuff like that. Also it looks extra wrong since you "know" that a human body gives a bit so... yeah. Still a problem, just that the physics wasn't *completely* out of order, it could gain momentum there, just that it would still have slowed down due to losing energy on the bounce which didn't happen.

The best style change they made was removing the eyelids, somehow it automatically makes the villagers 50% more game accurate
