I fail to mention this in the video, but each part of the Barronite mace high alchs for 5,119 coins. it also low alchs for 3,412 coins. so even if you cannot high alch just yet. they are still decent gp. also every single item from the Barronite deposites can be traded in at Varrock museum for 200gp each. Once you mine the barronite, you get shards. Put the shards in the forge, then enter and exit the vault and you will have full run energy when you leave, bare in mind it costs 750 shards per entry 👌🏻
