I fist arrived in Benalmadena 45 years ago in 1979. By then it was unrecognisable to any of the film shown. Since then I have literally holidayed there hundreds of times - I know the various towns very well and made good friends with locals. In a way it has changed considerably, but it still retains its Spanish Identity. Of the three towns Arroyo is the place I love to stay. It has everything that you need to holiday, and it is also very clean and safe. Only at the height of summer is it very busy, and then only of an evening, Usually it is wonderfully relaxing - a place to watch the World go by. Love the video - well done.
