Bare hate in the comments, yes UK was inspired by Chicago drill then took a different route (Now they don't sound the same) Hi hats pattern are different(more sixteen notes n 32th, and as some afro & dancehhall pattern to it), now sample chops such as Ariana grande (that Bkay put everyone on), melody is different ( if you know u know), 808 are used more (Dubstep/EDM, Garage , Grime were heavy back in UK and had a lot of bass in them). The only similarity it's the drum kit used & piano selection maybe. UK developed their DRILL sound by experimenting and combining different genres together.
