They force fed us milk when I was at that age. It sat out in a metal crate in the Australian sun until morning recess. Oh my gooddness😱the horror of it. 60years later and it still gives me shivers🤢🤣🤪

Dan could you add a shower toilet & kitchenette on one wall of that studio so if you ever need you could have a multi functional space that doubles up as separate accommodation for visiting family / friends and if ever needed to rent out to earn extra cash?
Things are moving on quickly now. The studio is getting nearer to completion and the chickens obviously approve. Hot tubs weigh a ton when they are filled with water + people. You also need dedicated plug points etc and means of filling and emptying water. You need to get a specialist to check if the notarooftop terrace can take the weight. Just love your boys - they are so sweet.
Lol! My husband trys to do that too! Then i just come up with a real solution that he didn't think of. I need a home office he said.... What days i said.... Weekends he said.... Then I'll only do laundry during the week and you can use the space in the weekend. So now our attic is multipurpose, dry laundry and computers, electrics, desk space.... It actually fits all in there really well.
Hey, they have inflatable hot tubs. That way you mostly have the weight of water and you can take it down when you’re not using it. The doors look great. Now you just need the rest, concrete, flooring, insulation, electrics, plumbing, and dry wall. 😆 you should commandeer some of the Leland folks for a work day party.

It’s why I lost 5 feet in the mud room for the garage. ( now no room for washer/dryer upstairs) It’s why we have had a boat, motorcycle and classic truck. It’s why the “storage space” over new garage is now “Man Town”( man cave). As a wife I’ve learned my way with this strange language 😆 and have been able to initiate “wife speak” to get my way ( occasionally, but always appreciated) I’d be glad to tutor Annalise!😁

Either that or they are watching for DIY lessons and inspiration. Glad to see education is universal. However I believe my friends child was learning to drink juice. Learning raisin eating must be either something they learn at a later date or what you do when the metric system is your preferred measuring system. I know Im a natural worrier, but I’m really worried that someone could fall over the low wall on the roof terrace. But I love the hot tub idea! And my grandson just eats mashed potato when he goes to school.
My friend's husband complained when we were in their hot tub: "It costs $250.00 Canadian dollars each time I heat up the hot tub for you to use." They sold their hot tub. I subsequently bought a home with a hot tub outside. I asked to see the last electric bill, in winter, that bill was over $1,000.00 for one month. I unplugged it the day I moved in. My electric bill was under $50 per month. My home is heated with a gas furnace for $50 per month in winter. Also rats made a home around the hot tub, because of the warmth. Hot tubs, I would not recommend..
@@juliestewart672 maybe hot tubs are cheap to heat in hot climates, but also they are not comfortable in hot weather. When I lived in Australia, my swimming pool was solar heated by black plastic pipes on a roof, to toasty warm. No need for a hot tub.
