    Nice exam. One small observation.
When performing the Jobe's, O'Brien's, or similar "long lever" testing, it is preferable to make the distal contact proximal to the elbow.

the Subscapularis test is , a little incorrect, it should be much lower around the Gluteal region, putting the hand at waist level puts the subscapularis at a significant mechanical disadvantage giving the impression of weakness, that's why police officers restrain people in this position. To summarize to get a accurate reading put the hand lower on the patients bottom.

This is going to sound insulting, but muscular-skeletal examination videos are really calming / relaxing.

Having suffered from a shoulder restriction for years I have attempted all positions in this excellent video to gauge my flexibility/pain.
Whilst having no pain the only movement I cannot do is at 3.33 on right side, left is ok
Using right side my fingers are still about 5 inches away from blade.
This is the only movement I cannot do, can anyone advie on waht my problem is?
    .

Does the patient's face show apprehension because of the pain of moving affected shoulder like that or is it some involuntary reflex with shoulder pathology?

If you put your right hand behind your back and try to push AWAY from your back, that is primarily subscapularis (part of your "rotator cuff"). Reaching way UP like that young limber girl actually gets a little more complex. Flexibility issues and elbow joint involvement sort of make that specific test (the how-high-can-you-reach toward your shoulder blade test) less useful, in my opinion. Bear in mind, I'm still a student.
The big question is: how much does it affect your daily activities?

I wonder if anyone can help me... what are the side effects of having shoulders that are not asymmetrical?

the subtitles are wrongly written. its should be "graded on the 5 point scale for muscle testing" and not greater than the 5 point scale as currently written, also its neers sign, not nearest sign..looks like someone who subtitled it had no idea what it means at all..
