When you enter a nether fortress there’s a 10% chance of a Meatball Man shrine being spawned, in which you can summon him with assorted meats and rottin flesh. When He touches you your save file is immediately deleted. There is no way to stop this.
If you use a totem of undying in the end grotelmog marble eyes will appear and destroy everything except your last spawn point and a chunk around it.
If you drink a speed potion you will turn into Runmo
A totem of undying is replaced by the immortality slop the kings drink
All signs are replaced by Pikit who will randomly give you useless tips, but every now and again tell you how to do one of the world ending events above
And village wells can drop you into gastric giveaway
End portals sometimes transport you to the BoneKeeper’s Morgue
The Meatball Man appears:
