Video: "Work on your throttle control." Me: "Did I miss something? Because thought I was keeping an eye on the throttle position indicator and I didn't so much as notice a single lift!". I did watch this on a tablet, and not even full screen, so it's possible I could have missed tiny modulations because of resolution. Guess I'll go take another look. Sure looked like he was petal to the metal all the way around... 🤔 Edit: At least he knows how to pronounce Lanier. Listening to people butcher it as LAYnear or some such is kinda painful when you spent every summer Saturday night at the place for a handful of years. 😁👍
The track is tacky in this video so yes its full throttle. I recorded this awhile ago but I believe when I mentioned throttle control I was talking about how in a race, official or hosted, the track may be slicked off a bit and require more throttle control.
@@dirtpandaracing Ah, thanks for the info. I guess I missed the context you mentioned throttle control in when you were wrapping things up toward the end of the video. It just jumped out at me because I'd noticed you were keeping it matted during the hot laps. Appreciate the clarification. 😁👍
This helped me qualify up front and get my first win
lowered my time for 17.8 to 17.4... still practicing
thanks
This video is correct in my experience. Running a low line I've hit my only 16.7-16.9 laps, any other line and I find I run a 17.0+
Bro awesome video it instantly helped me break the 17 seconded laps I was stuck running, thanks again bro
Awesome man thank, this helped out a lot!
Happy to hear it man!
can you do a video for every track please?
Awesome Job
Thanks Jesse!
What about when the track has been hammered to death? It feels so slick on the bottom
I'm an Aclass driver but I can't be fast in the tacky track but once it gets slick I'm quick asf
I did a 16.825 on the bottom with this setup change.
Nice that's a P1 for time in just about any lobby.
@@dirtpandaracing yeah. If the track doesn't slick up for qualifying.
Let us know how it worked for you?
it help a lot
thanks
Nice, lowered my time by a couple tenths
Way to go Jim!
Do tou always have to put the set up in when in a test session?

Showing your steering wheel would be helpful
Interesting, don't even bother running up through the gears, just pop 'er in 4th and go, lol.
