How to do Bajaj NS 200 Coolant change or upgrade to Motul in simple steps.

Anyone can do coolant change or upgrade in few steps. For those who don't understand Malayalam. First of all note down the things you need to do the same. * Enough tools to remove tank cover and bottom bolt (especially 8 mm T-bar handled nut driver)
* Coolant.
* 3 - 4 litres of distilled water
Remove tank cover for smooth effortless work, you can even change coolant without removing tank cover.

Engine should be cooled well before doing anything on it. Remove that 8 mm bolt (shown on video) to flush out coolant. Remove coolant cap to release pressure and you can see coolant running out freely. Remove reservoir cap and tube as well. After this the next step is to fill 1ltr of distilled water into it. For that you need to put everything back except coolant cap. Fill water and close it. Start the engine and rev it to make the radiator fan run. This is to make sure that the water has reached every corner. Wait for the engine to cool. Remove everything and flush out water. Do this step 2-3 times until you get colorless clear water out of it. Fill coolant (excess you can keep to refill when level comes down). That's it. Coolant change is done. I prefer Motul products like I always do and this time tried Motocool. I should say everyone should try this coolant. It's performance is super amazing.
