You’re lucky that your plugs are easy to change. Mine are a total pain lol.

I hope this will solve my issue with this engine. My bike has xv250, but it only goes up to 81kmph (50 miles per hour). I hope changing fuel filter and spark plugs will solve this
Prop not, but worth a shot, id check blocked main jet, stuck float as well!
