I have the Dunu SA6 Ultra, lucky owner and hopefully it will be reissued again. But I also have the Barcelona, a 10BA set handmade by Hi-Fri, one of the very few units he made and actually sounds amazing (other units were much worse), this is a sort of lucky prototype.
You had a fragrance collection before IEMs? I think I need to start a channel too then I should've bought the lokahi when I saw it selling on headfi, I passed up on kinda lava too lol The only cool thing I got coming is UM Mext UNICEF Ukraine special edition. I gotta get the mest one too lol. My sister has the elven maiden but it chipped since she used it as a daily driver lol I'd buy hidition Viento right now if I could. That looks so good to me and it's in line with my aesthetical tastes. Lol I feel like this video is a "pls sell me an Excalibur" hidden as a cool iem video
By far the rarest IEM I own is the OG Dark Magician by MiM. I haven’t seen a second hand unit go up for sale anywhere in at least a year. That’s just one of those IEMs I’ll probably never let go of. The vocals are seriously magical.
My 'rarest' sets are probably the oldest I still own haha. Vsonic GR07 MK1 which I recabled/damped and HiFiMan RE-ZERO (a limited low-impedance silver-coil version of the RE-0), both around 13 years old.
rarest thing I own is a 1:1 S12 mod by my friend tom, theoretically it can be replicated as its just an extension of the Prometheus Mod that Shortbus made.
I'd love to see a video on the top 3 or 5 IEMs on the market right now, and not as a value for the money, but just the top ones in general. I only recently started learning about all this but it seems like the Elysian Annihilator, the Odin, and the Raven would be the top 3 right now?
JVC HA-FDX1 is kind of rare since it came in limited runs, I own that one. A similar IEM that came and went pretty fast was the Xiaomi Piston 3, it was an early victim of stealth replacement, like the original CRA or VK4. There are some that never got a big enough following to stick around like the OG Zetian Wu which I much prefer to the heyday, and the FiiO JD7 which imo was better than their main FD series. The most obscure IEM I own is Panasonic HJE-450 which has a stupidly big 13+mm DD. As you might expect the bass is incredible but it comes with a hefty treble spike that needs to be tamed, like a precursor to the Shozy P20. Lastly there are the historic duds like TTpod T1E, an early dual-DD IEM.
@@rahulmenon4357 it's more of the reverse for JH since the JH13, JH16, and Roxanne was made and intended to be customs and was offered in unis later on afterwards. Also, not to the general audiophile market but more for stage and live use.
My JAYS Q-Jays is my now rarest set that started the whole iem hobby for me. They claimed to be the smallest iem in the world and came from sweden, they have a flat tuning with lovely timbre that I missed for a loooong time before chifi became seriously good.
The Obravo Cupid was one of the first planar IEMs and one of the first IEMs I acquired, long before planar IEMs were a big thing. It is also considered by many audiophiles to be one of the worst planar IEMs ever made. Oh well! 🙄
Sony MH755’s. Good ol’ classic. Edit: Sadly, the left channel doesn’t work anymore. Looking to get it repaired in the future. Sounds amazingly good for what was a $10 set.
My Lokahi was from a group buy batch in my Discord server last Summer, instead of an all BA setup he swapped in 1 DD for the low end. Such a great set.
I acquired these while they were still in production and agree, it has a very unique tuning unmatched for vocals. I also acquired an RE272 after they went out of production but before they were unobtainable that had one channel out, but like many cases it was due to a failure with the cable, so a re-cable fixed it. Ironically I did the same thing with an RE600 later on before the price dropped. It's a shame all HFM IEMs had terrible cables and strain reliefs, but if you can or find someone who can swap in a better quality cable and lower profile strain relief, it's worth it IMO.
The rarest iem I have is probably the Sony MDR-EX1000. I still have yet to hear any iem with a wider soundstage. It even competes with headphones in that regard!
Rarest IEM I own is probably the DUNU Vernus which was a very limited re-release of the Falcon Pro with more balanced tuning, only 100 were allegedly made, mine is number 91/100
People always skip over the Legacy series from Theiaudio...To my ear they were legendary for price/performance. I still daily my Legacy 5s, to this day they compete with anything at the 200 dollar mark and a bit above. I did enjoy the Oracle, MonMKII and III...Not the biggest fan of the Hype series...Looking forward to Theiaudios next generation
Love my Kinda Lava set, other than that i have the Ultimate Ears Super Fi 5EB, still probably the best bass from a BA set I've ever heard. Used sets are still kida pricey on eBay.
I already own Excalibur and was thinking of giving it to you the next time I meet.
Wow! Thank you :D
I have the Moondrop Beautiful World. 501 of 777.
Love them and won them off HBB. So they are even rarer for me.
oh thats kool
I love the Letshuoer Galileo on the desktop wallpaper. Such an underrated IEM that few people are talking about now.
Don't tell Timmy your collection, he may start a new hoarding hobby. 😂
and a new youtube channel to go with it
Between monarch mk3 and prestige ltd which one has the closest tuning to the thieaudio clairvoyance?
I have the Dunu SA6 Ultra, lucky owner and hopefully it will be reissued again. But I also have the Barcelona, a 10BA set handmade by Hi-Fri, one of the very few units he made and actually sounds amazing (other units were much worse), this is a sort of lucky prototype.

Well a lot were sold but I have the blessing 2 dusk that’s now discontinued
Cowon X30. Extremely undervalued IEMs. Very technical and detailed with excellent bass for BA IEM.
My 'rarest' sets are probably the oldest I still own haha. Vsonic GR07 MK1 which I recabled/damped and HiFiMan RE-ZERO (a limited low-impedance silver-coil version of the RE-0), both around 13 years old.

Hi, 7th Acoustics, anyone bought via Wise transfer? The transfer was in a personal bank account or company account?
I still have Cypherlabs Austru from 2018. Bass impact is somewhat lackluster, and it's not that well extended, but vocals sound so sweet on these.
JVC HA-FDX1 is kind of rare since it came in limited runs, I own that one. I still have my AKG K3003, the one that started it all in the kilobuck universal IEM range
I thought JH was the first with the kilobuck unis.
@@rahulmenon4357 it's more of the reverse for JH since the JH13, JH16, and Roxanne was made and intended to be customs and was offered in unis later on afterwards. Also, not to the general audiophile market but more for stage and live use.

The rarest iems in my collection is the Tanchjim Oxygen, black edition with 2018 production date; and the MiM Dark Magician V1 black.
Omg, those are nice!
I also have a Prisma Azul. 80 only were made I believe
I have a few "Unicorns" in my stable but the Blon Cardinal I presume is the rarest I have.
Moondrop cresent, QDC Gemini, Tanchjim Darling, 7th acoustic Pro 1
I regret not buying the Lokahi back when it was available. I have the OG Mangird Tea, which is getting tough to get these days.
I regret selling my Oracle. Lucky I have the Dawn and I gotta say it’s one of my favorite
Moondrop Aria Elven Maiden video was my first time I found this channel it has only have like 4K subscribers at the time
Damn, that's a long time ago!
@@Gizaudio I like how you also ❤️ my old Elven maiden comment!
@@FaizalKuntz Thanks for the support all these years!
@@Gizaudio I think it's only normal because you provide so many entertainment and knowledge for all these years, so thank you too you deserve it.
AüR Audio Aure, Dunu SA6 Ultra, Softears Turii Ti are all discontinued and rare to get.
The most rare in my collection is Massdrop x Empire ears zeus XIV and EJ07 x kinda lava by HBB.

Which one to buy chu 2 or blon 03 my first iem !?🤔🤔🤔🤔
My Lokahi was from a group buy batch in my Discord server last Summer, instead of an all BA setup he swapped in 1 DD for the low end. Such a great set.
Had one too.. 😍
I still have Hifiman RE262, still the best vocals in my collection until today
I acquired these while they were still in production and agree, it has a very unique tuning unmatched for vocals. My rarest IEM is the Nocs NS800. They're what got me into IEMs. I tried them again a couple days ago and they haven't aged well. They're okay.
I own a 7th Acoustics Proxima, and i can say, its pretty rare.
First Campfire Audio Supermoon. 1500$ universal shell exlusively in Ukraine. Also 64audio N8 universal, preorder version
It seems there is still a seller for the lokahi where im from.
Sorry Timmy, love my Excalibur.
Rarest IEM I own is probably the DUNU Vernus which was a very limited re-release of the Falcon Pro with more balanced tuning, only 100 were allegedly made, mine is number 91/100
AUDIOSENSE DT200, THE BEST IEM EVER MADE UNDER $600. Very sadly discontinued now, though there's hope for a clone from Flo Audio in the future

Probably the rarest that I have is NF Audio NA2
Me forgetting what the word fragrance meant coming out of Timmy's mouth 🧐
Probably my rarest is the Thor Mjolner Mk1. Sadly, I don't listen to it much anymore.
I should have finished watching. I also have the original Monarch. It's a detail beast. The tuning is so unusual (but awesome).
My rarest iem is the Tanchjim Kara, since no one wants to buy that here 😢
Dunu sa6 ultra, OG mim dark magician, KBEAR Believe, aur audio aure, fitear c435
