Josh stays up all night and Bobby is an early riser. Bobby doesn't appear to be a partier yet Josh is a partier. They appear to be opposites. Also, when they got together they were living in Bobby's home that he bought before he was in a relationship to Josh. Bobby had his own successful real estate career before he was married to Josh. I like Bobby a lot and I hope the best for him in the future. He will make a great father.

Ya know, when Josh and Colton broke up it seemed like the next thing we knew Josh was marrying Bobby. The shocking thing about that was the fact that Colton needed that kind of commitment from Josh and just wasn’t going to get it because Josh wasn’t ready. Obviously this is just how it seems from the outside. Josh wasn’t ready to move out of the fancy hotel living accommodations into a house made for a growing family with kids and the whole bit. I wonder if Bobby is also wanting kids and Josh still isn’t ready for all of that. In that interview it was discussed that Bobby put 50% down payment on their own but Josh made ALL the renovations decisions- all stupid money wasting ones.

He was a real estate agent on Rodeo Drive before Josh. Bobby was self made. He may not of had the money that Josh has, but he may not want any of Joshe's. $$$.

Inherited money is not communal property so with or without a prenup, he doesn’t have any right to anything inheritance. Without a prenup, he is only entitled to half of what was earned during the marriage.
California also has a built in prenuptial agreement. If the marriage lasts less than 10 years you can't access any income or assets earned by your spouse before the marriage.

100% Josh Flagg got a prenup. Coming from old money he would want to protect his assets. However, whatever was acquired during their marriage in the state of California its 50/50. Bobby may also ask for spousal support which amounts to half the time they were married which w/d be 2.5 yrs of support. But highly doubt he will ask for that. Seems he does well for himself as an agent. Unfortunately, when it comes to divorce the standard of living will change. In this case Bobby will certainly loose the lavishness of their accustom lifestyle for the past 5 years. But regardless Bobby is a handsome guy . I don’t want kinds and my boyfriend is impartial to the thought. If we knew this years ago and one of us really wanted kids, it would put a strain on us for sure and we would probably divorce. I really do hate to hear this but I'm not surprised. I've seen Bobby on several occasions appear to have vitriol for Josh and he detested the fact that people assumed he was a trophy of some sort. I really don't think Bobby cares a whole lot about the money. He is not exactly poor himself. From the very beginning, I never thought they would get married. He was lucky to find TWO amazing guys in his lifetime, who loved him just for himself and not his money still he treated them the same. I wasn’t surprised that Colton dumped him. Bobby is a sweet, humble guy and he will do just fine. I’ve always wondered what happened to Colton, probably married with couple kids by now. Josh lived in Bobby’s home for 1 1/2 years but refused to let the audience see Bobby’s lifestyle. In that interview it was discussed that Bobby put 50% down payment on their own but Josh made ALL the renovations decisions- all stupid money wasting ones.

I just saw them on Juicy Scoop about a month ago. That’s awful. Josh is funny on TV but I imagine he’s a very difficult person. I follow Bobby on TikTok … what a gorgeous, smart, talented and very likable guy. I wish them both well. ❤️
IMHO I believe Josh needs to curtail his drinking or he will continue to have issues. I am not stating his drinking is a cause for the divorce but I am positive it is not helping Josh in the long run. I wish them both the best on their journeys and new adventures.

Josh Flagg comes across very controlling and doesn't respect the wants and needs of his partners. He uses his wealth to mistreat them. I haven't watched MDL in a while, but he definitely mistreated Colton.
He is destined to be alone...his kind of behavior assures it. Money means possible opportunistic intermittent exceptions....but essentially he will always end up alone with his money and his extravagant possessions actually impressing no one but himself.

Bobby is a real person. He has always made a beautiful home for Josh. I like Josh but he is a very stuck up guy. I believe Bobby is going to have a happy life and all his endeavors will come to him. Josh, you made a mistake. Bobby actually had modeling jobs and just a little over a million dollars. Keep watching Bobby and his cooking channel. Bobby is a very good person and doesn't mind talking about his life growing up. He is not ashamed. I believe Josh is the one to speed up the wedding so Bobby wouldn't leave. According to Bobby's interview on Josh Flagg's podcast. Josh lived with Bobby for 1.5 years. Bobby had a house in California somewhere and he wanted to buy another one in Palm Springs. He was a real estate agent on Rodeo Drive before Josh. Bobby was self made. He may not of had the money that Josh has, but he may not want any of Joshe's. $$$.

Josh and Bobby were SO different. Bobby likes fast food, Josh turns his nose up at anything so plebian. When Bobby wanted the house in Palm Springs, Josh looked at simply from an investment point of view whereas Bobby loved the house and wanted it to be a home. Just inherent differences. I wish them both well. I'll miss seeing Bobby and his "realness" on Million Dollar Listing.

Inherited money is not communal property so with or without a prenup, he doesn’t have any right to anything inheritance. Without a prenup, he is only entitled to half of what was earned during the marriage.
Josh, isn't an idiot so I'm certain that they have a Prenuptial Agreement in place..
California also has a built in prenuptial agreement. If the marriage lasts less than 10 years you can't access any income or assets earned by your spouse before the marriage.

100% Josh Flagg got a prenup. Coming from old money he would want to protect his assets. However, whatever was acquired during their marriage in the state of California its 50/50. Bobby may also ask for spousal support which amounts to half the time they were married which w/d be 2.5 yrs of support. But highly doubt he will ask for that. Seems he does well for himself as an agent. Unfortunately, when it comes to divorce the standard of living will change. In this case Bobby will certainly loose the lavishness of their accustom lifestyle for the past 5 years. But regardless Bobby is a handsome guy . I’m sure he will meet someone new very soon if he hasn’t already. Btw .. 5 years is not too bad considering they were only together for 6 months before Josh proposed. It’s usually the 2 yr itch or maybe 1. … wishing them all the best. Divorces are never easy .It’s an emotional process but I’m sure they will both find happiness soon

The smartest thing anyone can do is a prenuptial agreement! I'll never make that mistake again. Prenups can protect you and any assets, children, pets, home ECT. Women tend to hate them but that's not smart ladies. You can put a cheeters clause in protecting you and giving you more $$ if they cheat. Considering how many women get left holding the bag, that's just common sense. Almony and child support can and should be added. Unfortunately love doesn't seem to last for most of us. 😉

I really do hate to hear this but I'm not surprised. I've seen Bobby on several occasions appear to have vitriol for Josh and he detested the fact that people assumed he was a trophy of some sort. Can't say I didn't suspect that it was going to end in divorce right from the beginning. Their only commonality was real estate. Also -- I don't mean this negatively -- Josh seems very narcissistic, which is OK if you're SINGLE.

I am suprized this has happened so soon but we don't know what happens behind closed doors. I have no doubt that both of them are head strong and confident guys and Bobby had a career in real estate before he met Josh. These two were different types but yet they were not! The good part is they still respect each other and love each other but this is reality. Life happens! I would rather be happy and relieved then stay with a person and be miserable. When you have a wealthy Queen and a Ken doll together with different mindsets, it just doesn't work out most of the time. It's the same with Tom Schwartz and Katie Maloney on Vander pump! Thats a strange relationship too and I guarantee it's just a matter of time before they go their separate ways too. Trust me!

Sorry but the interview Bobby had with Josh a year ago on Josh’s TH-cam was harsh and Bobby was quite snappy 😬 It didn’t look good at all. In my opinion from the video they were not good for each other and I hope they both find the right one for them. Josh has a trust so Bobby won’t get what he thinks he will especially after hearing Bobby’s latest interview on Josh’s new house under Josh’s trust, however I do know they have a few properties together so Bobby will get something for sure but trusts are smart business to keep assets separate and Josh Flagg is not dumb. I really don't think Bobby cares a whole lot about the money. He is not exactly poor himself. From the very beginning, I never thought they would get married. They seemed so different and I think Bobby got tired of living in Josh's shadow and wants to settle down. Josh is a big personality, but I think he is a very good person. I think they are both wonderful people, just different and Bobby wants more than Josh can give him right now. So sad. I wanted them to be happy, but I did see them argue a lot.
