Julia, we just moved from AZ to Missouri. Your cookbook was the only one I didn’t pack and brought with me in the car! I was a flight attendant for many years and we always loved to get green chili chicken soup in the ABQ airport. Back then you couldn’t get green chilies anywhere but New Mexico. The soup place used to sell us containers of green chilies to take home Can’t wait to make the enchiladas ❤️

Hey Julia, I made your crockpot beef Stroganoff recipe yesterday for Sunday's dinner and my wife and I was completely and utterly blown away by it's flavor. This was the best we've ever tasted of this dish. The meat was so tender it literally felt like it melted in our mouth's. I will definately be making this recipe again and again. Thanks for all you do, and may the Lord keep blessing you to make your amazingly delicious recipes.

You do realize all you needed to use I’ve but, then, you put have that is like you wrote the same word twice, I’ve (abbreviated for I have) that’s why your sentence doesn’t make sense! Just a little bit of advice! 10:23
