@@Milto21 Exactly. The coach isnt gonna call formations and plays that the qb cant physically run. Similar to when Rodgers played through the torn calf in 2014. Mccarthy ran all Pistol and Shotgun formations during those games.
@ Yes, of course. We all know Love has wheels, but he didn't use them. We also know he isn't a M. Vick, L. Jackson, or Fran Tarkington (for us older fans) but when healthy he is better much than average and any D would have to account for the possibility of him just taking off. It was obvious that no one ever did. We didn't see that from him all season. For the doubters, Love will look much different next season, and in turn, our offense, as well. And, as you alluded, a healthy Love will open the playbook.
It seems like ML constantly played a game in which he didn’t want to put plays on film that a future opponent might prepare for. When he needed the team to step up, they seemed to self destruct because the game plan suddenly changed. I think that’s what caused players like Alexander to not want to put out max efforts for no reason and subsequently not want to be a part of this team moving forward. ML needs to grow up and start coaching big boy football.
Have to let this team grow and find what they excel at with Love...i think they played the style wrong with him this year... He had RPOs and Boot leg with option to run last year.. They tried to keep him in the pocket this year... Yes he has the arm strength for any throw but he's a creator at his best... Look at the final 4 this year... All QBs can create with their legs
We need more speed at running backs. Like a speedy third down back. If you look at our struggles last year in the beginning when Jones wasn’t healthy and missed games, it’s very similar to this year’s struggles. We need more someone who can break open a game
Coach is not great at calling plays. Yes he can design them, but that's different then dialing up plays when you need to have them. The offense shifted to much to the run and it hurt Jordan and the passing game.
And 2 wins were last year... So Lafleur was 1-4 prior in post season... Yes it's good to be able to get there first place... But to just drop and be unprepared is not acceptable

For the better! No owners by a family! That's only for small business~! The reason we don't have many! Because Not many big families get a small business~! Because they were not educated right!
I can't believe any sober fans really want to get rid of MLF or Guty, not to mention expecting the Prez power grab. Are we getting desperate for content.
Fans are emotional and when youre emotional you think with your heart, not your head. All you have to do is go through the comments of literally any Packers video. Nonstop doom and gloom from Packer fans demanding Love get traded, Gute and Lafleur get fired, you name it. Many want to blow the whole thing up already.
This guy is by far the worst sports annalist on the net. Him and his bogus stats. He for some reason wants Love to our QB so bad he justifies everything and makes everything everyone else's fault. Love is a risk taker and so the coaching staff should just let him play street ball on every play. Which is what he is actually saying. Here is the truth. Last season there was no NFL film on Love or this offense. This season there was, and most DC coaches are setting defenses to force a Love mistake. Film shows that Love is not a danger rolling to his right or left if forced outside the pocket. Which allows them to send blitz packages up the middle on Love with no worries about him hurting them. Film shows that when the rush comes up the middle Love will back pedal to by time. Throw the ball off his back foot well jumping in the air and throws arrand balls down field. Which makes every ball come up short. Play action is what Matts offense is all about, but Love has trouble reading defenses and cannot pick the hot receiver. So Matt is forced to simplify the offense. Loves dropped in INT's in the second half of the season is because Matt had to drop the amount of attempt Love has per game. Which made our offense one dimensional. When have you ever seen a Green Bay receiving core ever have so many injuries in a season. Watson two broken up knees. Doubs three concussions. Love unlike Rodgers who use to protect receivers and throw them open. Love is always throwing them into coverage, and they get blasted. Anyone with eyes can see that the players on this team have no belief in Love. Not a one of our receivers this last season got out without losing time do to injuries. This dude is so into stats why doesn't he do a deep dive into how many times Love throw a receiver into coverage, and they had to take direct hits from defenders. I am so tired of people defending this guy and saying he is still a rookie. He has been working this offense for five years. Most of our active receivers spent massive time on second string working together with Love in practices. You just watch just how many players we lose to free agency because they want to get away from Love. You all really think that Adams really wants to come with Love as QB. As long as Love is protected this team will never see a winning season again.
When they get a steel curtain for a offensive line _______ Like the Eagles have~! Only then can they win with any Quarterback~ They need to pick wisely his year! To invest in that line! Same goes for the D_line______ SO ALL WE NEED IS BETTER LINE__MAN~! Just draft & get free agents of with the lineman~! With some better DB's Sprinkled on top! They can't go forward with out them~!
Jordan Love is a natural risk-taker at the quarterback position. Part of what makes him so good is his willingness to take chances and push the ball down the field. As a result, he’s always going to have a higher turnover rate than his peers who prefer to play it safe. Toning his risks down just a tad can still improve Jordan Love’s effectiveness. He went through a rough period of turnovers earlier this season that cost his team the chance to win the NFC North. His interception rate this season was the highest mark that he has endured as a starting quarterback. In fairness to Jordan Love, the real solve here for the Green Bay Packers might be to give him a true #1 wide receiver capable of winning a higher percentage of contested catches on deep routes. Jordan Love has a real talent for taking deep shots but he doesn’t have a big-bodied wideout capable of maximizing those chances. Finding a jump ball specialist in this year’s 2025 NFL Draft could help Jordan Love more than any philosophy change. Go Pack Go 💚💚💛💛
Risk taker. lol He is a phony. He goes deep because he can't read defenses, and he can't move around in the pocket. He has one play. Back pedal to avoid a sack and throw off his back foot. Into double coverage and hopes for a penalty or the receiver to make a miracle catch. Big bodied receiver. LOL like the Lions had with Megatron. Ya how many SB's did that get the Lions.
The issue is in recent times turnover in the playoffs are too costly. You can’t win with Jordan love unless you have the best defense in the league because when he turns it over you lose
