Mostly, in India if contract is given to state gov contractors... It's worthless. I observed state gov contractor or not thinking of quality of work instead of of the work done at any means.. I saw these attitudes in my childhood... So didn't want to go for any gov or state gov works.. Private job people are much more responsible at work and delivers better quality in work.
