Teach the kids to love cooking... A gift for life
I miss Emeril on TV. Before Gordon Ramsay, Emeril was a big deal.
you got that right and he didn't have the attitude and anger problem
Glad you had the children. Often they are forgotten when it takes so little to let them just be there. I learned a lot from my mom just sitting as she talked about what she was doing and then throw little stories in about how she learned it herself.
Love love love Emeril... I'm going to make these but in the air fryer.
I miss Emril
This was an amazing recipe, my whole family love it. I only took out the garlic because I thought it might be too strong. However, it was amazing. Thank you Emeril !!!!!!
Interesting that you didn't coat the chicken in flour after the egg wash. Only because every other recipe for bread chicken does. Any reason for that?
was wondering the same thing but it's usually flour then egg then panko
This is pretty good
I don't like garlic, I don't like fingers I like tenders,Im not hungry etc etc. Come to the table and take a look! First one to gripe is tomorrows cook!
HAHAHAHAHA!!!😂😆 I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THAT 'RULE!' ... BUT, W/ THAT BEING SAID THOUGH, HOPEFULLY UR LIL ONES DON'T GROW UP HATING COOKING BC THEY REMEMBER IT AS A 'PUNISHMENT,' PER SE..."FOOD FOR THOUGHT!" 😉

some things just werent meant to be.. ' Baked Tenders ' is one of them... hey YOU like 'em ? YOU Eat 'Em... Fried please...
I MUST SAY GROWING UP MY MOMMY USUALLY ALWAYS 'OVEN~FRIED' ANY 'FRIED' CHICKEN WE HAD AND HONESTLY IF U KNOW WHAT IR DOING, THERE'S NOY REALLY ANY DIFFERENCE IN TASTE OR TEXTURE...JS😉
Panko isn’t a Japanese word for breadcrumb?
It’s a bread crumb made by cooking the bread from the inside instead of the traditional cooking from the outside which would give a crust. Panko comes from bread without a crust, which is why it is uniform in color and texture.
This method of cooking originated in Japan during world war 2.
if u type panko in google translate it directly translates to bread crumb lol i asked my japanese friend too.
I know that the idea here is to show healthy food to children, but, let's face it, a big reason people like to eat tenders is they're deep-fried. Seems like Emeril might at least acknowledge that to the children, even if he ends up serving them the lower-fat-and-calories version.
Right you are, Mike Graham.
He said they were light and healthier
