"Gone,Daddy,Gone" made happy Uncle Phil is truly the real man of the family and made me tear up..everytime I watch that ending.All that pent up emotion,just,just rushing out to a unforgettable moment of this show.We didn't even know Smith had these kinds of acting chops THAT early in his career??

#2 Is probably one of the greatest moments in television history. There are many, many people that can relate to that circumstance and although I cannot, it strikes a chord in me every time I see it.
It was even better when he had his son with him to promote After Earth and Alfonso Robiero and DJ Jazzy Jeff both show up for guest appearances and do the Carlton dance and the Apache dance from the Las Vegas episode.

Although I didn't watch every episode of this show, one thing this show was good at was either making your jaw because of the sudden funny moments you didn't see coming or how it still had plenty of emotional scenes throughout the show too to prove it was more than a comedy.
I looooved every single scene with Jazz and Uncle Phil! I cracked with laughter every time he tossed Jazz out of the house! And the Carlton Dance? Man, that's engraved in my mind! I still dance like that sometimes :D

I remember about a year ago, I was channel surfing at night, and ran across the MOMMA NO!! episode. I never watched the series once, besides this one episode... ... Six hours later, it's 6am, and I'm watching reruns after reruns of episodes.
Number 2 is number 1 for me. Will's father splitting and Will's cry of "Why don't he want me, Man?" to Uncle Phil brings tears to my eyes every time I see it!
This was never on my radar on top-10's. Yet seeing the title I was like yes! Fresh Prince of Bel Air, a one of a kind show that can not be repeated. A classic. Also funny and watchable in 2016.
The episode where Will's dad comes back always tugs on the feels. I was honestly surprised it wasn't #1, but considering how iconic the Carlton dance became (hell, Alfonso won with it on Dancing With The Stars), I completely understand.

Will's Dad leaving hit all too close to home. I've asked myself the same thing about why my Mom didn't want me. Took me years after her death to find out she did but didn't know how to stop the drugs. RIP Mom.
I remember about a year ago, I was channel surfing at night, and ran across the MOMMA NO!! episode. I never watched the series once, besides this one episode...
... Six hours later, it's 6am, and I'm watching reruns after reruns of episodes.

Number 2 is number 1 for me. Will's father splitting and Will's cry of "Why don't he want me, Man?" to Uncle Phil brings tears to my eyes every time I see it!

This was never on my radar on top-10's. Yet seeing the title I was like yes! Fresh Prince of Bel Air, a one of a kind show that can not be repeated. A classic. Also funny and watchable in 2016.
A moment that should've at least been mentioned: Maddog trapping Will and Carlton on the ledge while in their undergarments.
Number two always brings a tear to my eye. But you gotta love the Carlton dance.

The episode where Will's dad comes back always tugs on the feels. I was honestly surprised it wasn't #1, but considering how iconic the Carlton dance became (hell, Alfonso won with it on Dancing With The Stars), I completely understand.

Great Top 10! Please do a 'Top 10 The Martin Show moments' too. That show was hilarious af. Martin & Fresh Prince were probably the best black sitcoms of the 90's (if not of all time).
