But when my mom askes me to quickly eat, read , change clothes, and quickly practice chess and... gosh im panting.... I barely am able to sleep after that.

It's really not bad, I'm a junior majoring in biochemistry. I think the thing that helps me the most is doing most of my studying on campus like in the library or just in other public areas. It 100% has helped my focus and productivity and its def. Something I recommend, but finding the strategies that work best for me took the majority of my freshman and sophomore years. That might not be the best strategy for you but it's something you should try.
college is wayyy too easy, half of it is just showing up to class and making attendance, and even if you don’t care to do that, you’ll still be fine; just do your work and even if you still don’t care, just do good on the tests if you still don’t care, then maybe you’re cooked

Look up on Google how many millionaires are dropouts. I'm not saying that you should drop out of school but, you shouldn't be stressing about your studies either. If you know what subjects you are gonna use later on in life, then there is no point stressing about getting good grades on everything else.
These types of channels are bad for people. Everyone works differently. Just finished a set of huge exams. For the first month of studying, I followed the tips of a few channels, including this one. Nothing they said worked. I tried my own thing for the next month, and found what worked best for me. I came home from school, relaxed, ate dinner, then got some really good studying in. Try things yourself, and don’t listen to influencers.
I’ll give u a bit of my study routine as an A plus student (it doesn’t work for anyone but it’s worth a shot) I get home from school at four and before I even change I write EVERYTHING I have to do in my diary and sort it out then I eat while revising in my mind. After that I sleep for like two hours. I wake up at seven or eight and I study everything I have for the week almost every homework and exam then I face time my friend while writing stuff or just organizing a presentation project. Lastly I play my guitar or watch a movie then sleep at 12-1 (I study every single day seven days a week)

It's different for different people. I cant focus right after coming home from school, and being able to virtually body double with face time helps me a ton. I have ADHD, but the point is everyone's brain is different, find what works for you.

I have to during volleyball season. I have volleyball every day. From 3-5 when I have practice and 3-7 when I had games. For club I don’t get home till 10. It’s bad. I am tired of school work.

Honestly, I just gave up trying to study after I got home from school. I found it much easier to intentionally procrastinate and that gave me motivation to study at the end of the day.

what i do that is actually a decent way of doing things: I work better before the event. aka, I get my work does easier and quicker right before class. might be that deadline adrenaline but it's a legit system. my school has 6 periods per day. 2 are breaks, 1 is for work, and the other 3 are classes (we have 2 schedules. A days and B days, each having 3 classes each.) on A days, I work on everything for that day and the nest B day. 1st period is PE and 2nd is a break on A days. I get everything done within the 80 minutes im given. it's worked so far, and if it changes, so be it. I'll change then too.

I usually get A’s and B’s, and i’ve never had a score under 69%.
Working right after school negatively impacts your learning. Your hippocampus can only take so much information, give it a rest, come back a couple hours later with notes that only have partial answers, reinforce the neurons with those partial answers, do it once before bed, go to sleep while telling yourself you'll go over these answers in your sleep because you will (the hippocampus replays your memories over and over again and so reinforces the learning)
You got it mostly right though, especially with the part about hitting the gym. You're boosting BDNF levels among other things which further improves memory retention.
For me I actually study at night and then when I go to school I actually recall important terminologies and after I ask my friends to quiz me. This is how me and my friends ace almost every test.
