Hey John - just returned from a trip from Georgia to New Youk (968 miles each way) and it gave me a new appreciation for what you do. You make it look so easy, but now I know better. All you truck drivers are truly own a debt of gratitude from the populist. From me - thank you for what you do!!
Time to ask for a raise JBG, not sure what they pay you, but obviously it's not enough if you stay out for months at a time, get a local job and be home every night.
@@thetexastrucker7934 To hear him talk he has this state of the art GPS but he doesn't pay much attention to it or he didn't have the correct address programmed and I didn't see many warehouses in that rural area he was driving. He missed it. :)

If you would have looked it up on google maps you would see the truck entrance is the next driveway on the rt after the employee driveway. This is why i look up my customers on google maps before i leave so i know where to go when i get there. And how did you get them to stay open late for you and load you??

hey JBG , I don't understand how you can get lost, first, why would you use Google maps, when it's designed for 4 wheelers? Second , you have a GPS that's maade for trucks, why didn't you just use it???? I'm sorry. but you bought this on yourself, I was watching the gps that was displayed on the screen, and it was directing you to use the right 2 lanes, but you kept going straight listening to google maps, why, I don't know, it also warned you twice about low viaducts, but when you finally realize it , it was too late, I would NEVER trust google maps in a commercial vehicle, with the truck gps that you paid for, why not use it, but you have to blame yourself for this unnecesaary and high stress mistake that could of been avoidable!!

Retired from otr now but was a bedbugger for two years and I used to get stuck in residential areas all the time😂. Challenging especially backing!
