    Found you lately by accident. Amazing stuff + you seem not to take yourself to seriously which is a superb quality in a coach / instructor in my humble opinion.

    Wow, great video! I'm a white belt and when i get to the back I've been instinctively working towards that tight opposite collar grip you were showing. But I didn't really have a finishing sequence from there. I'll be sure to try that bow and arrow choke with 2 hands on the lapel. Thank you sir o7

    Hey coach. Why do you say you shouldn’t be grabbing fingers as the defender? I understand why you wouldn’t want to do a body triangle so that you don’t slow down the roll but exploiting someone’s fingers seems like good grappling to me. Is this a rule in competition or is there some sort of etiquette I’m not aware of. Thanks, love the content!

  • @tyhatfield7156
    @tyhatfield7156 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Yeah Tom, I go to the one thing to you was like the Wolverine you said I never open my hand because one of the things that a lot of the guys think of is they can reach back grab your fingers and pull it out and that’s not something they should do because I’ll just squeeze it really really hard but this one instructor wanted to show how he could get out of it And when I did it, I just close my fist put my knuckles right in the back of his head and then just did the normal stuff. He ended up shitting his pants don’t be that guy anybody is listen to this don’t be that guy that thinks you’re just so smart because you might not get out of that move and you’ll be shitting your pants

    Oh man I'm a smaller (ish) guy and I get body triangled by almost every training partner. I didn't realise it was a dick move.. it happens to me so often when drilling from back control :|
