"Who Shot Ya" was originally recorded for Mary J Blige's "My Life" album ft Keith Murray. Parts of his verse was heard on a skit on the album. My Life was released November 29, 1994 a day BEFORE the Quad studios incident.

Pac wasn't raised in New York like that. He moved around and stayed in Baltimore and went to school there and then headed out towards the bay area at 17 and that's where he started his music career. But he wasnt born and raised in New York. . was just born there and lived there a short period of time
