I moved to the US in March of this year and this will be my first Christmas away from my parents, we received some presents in the post and they are wrapped in the white paper with shiny polar bears on them, so it was a lovely surprise to see that some of Joe’s gifts are wrapped in the same paper! Made me feel a little closer to home!

I just rewatched this because I am about to buy a new vlogging camera and wanted to see which one you bought Dianne, Joe! In the process I stopped taking in the story and started just soaking in the joy! This vlog is so pure! When either of you opens a gift there is such anticipation and excitement and wonder, and the discovery of what lies within the paper is heralded by pure joy! I just love watching Dianne's face as she opens the perfume and then the igloo, the camera tripod and finally the new camera! It honestly brought back such happy memories of Christmas with my own family in Australia, and all of your vlogs which I have watched over the last couple of weeks have reminded me how lucky I was to have such wonderful, beautiful places, and such amazing weather in which to celebrate this season. Thank you for bringing this special feeling to my heart when I least expected it!
