I know this is an older video, but I found it in a quest to find another chicken in the instant pot recipe - chicken & rice. The old school, cream of mushroom soup that we all are as kids in the 70s because every suburban mom made it. I’ve tried to make it, & I throw in fresh mushrooms, & use cream of chicken, or golden mushroom but my issue is I cannot get the proportions & temp right. I get it soupy, or the rice disintegrations, or it burns. Any recipes for it?
