Yeah rapiers are total beasts, they're monsters of weapons. It's a pet peeve of mine when games and movies portray and itty-bitty fools and light as feathers.
You forgot to add the fact that since most of the weight would be centered around the guard (or cross-guard, if you prefer that on your rapier), the blade tends to be very light, give the rapier the distinction of being practically *weightless*

I agree. While I liked Erin's performance as Noire, Erica's performance is pretty great too. It's grown on me quite a bit since Cyberdimension, and I like it a fair bit.

Basically voice actors want to know what games and characters and stories they're voicing instead of being kept in the dark making it difficult to act, but also want residuals/royalties from game sales. It also covered how some voice acting can be a bit stressful at times. Since they don't know who they're voicing they're not sure if they should ask for more pay. It's like being told to voice act a princess only to find out that said princess was Zelda. I can't seem to access the website which listed the reasons but did find a good writeup of it.
The original issues were about:
Four royalty/residual payments for games sold at 1-2 million game increments
Lack of transparency to VA around type of mature content in-game (vulgar language, sexual stuff, etc)
Limiting amount of vocally stressful voice work per day (e.g. screaming)
Requiring stunt coordinators for physical stunts during mocap (e.g. wire pull)
During negotiations:
SAG-AFTRA acknowledged that agreements were reached on the last 2 or 3 items
A game company attorney in negotiations claimed that they offered 10-20% increase in base pay.
Provided extra pay for contracts that lasted more than a certain number of sessions.
SAG-AFTRA still held out due to lack of residuals based on # of games/units sold.
So, basically, if I'm getting this right, the reason Erin is no longer voicing Noire is because SAG-AFTRA and Idea Factory were unable to reach a decision over how much she was going to be paid in royalties? As an outsider looking in, I don't know if anyone was asking for too much in this situation, it's just sad that it came to this.

Well it's actually because in Megadimension, her story actually gives her adequate character development/fleshing out due to her interactions with K-Sha so she learns not to lie about her feelings so much. Funny thing; she wasn't the only one. Even Blanc's character arc made it so now if she gets angry; usually because Rom and Ram are being annoying little trolls. Not like the first game (PS3) where she was portrayed as a total jerk.

I'd like to tell Noire that I don't need fanservice to be able to enjoy the Neptunia series. After all, I remember my cousin explaining to me about Touhou having an all-girl cast and being suitable for all ages together when she was guiding me through that indie game series back in my child ages.

I have to say. I like this new voice actresss. While I do have to say that I prefer Erin as Noire because I think that her performance nails Noire's personality perfectly, I would say that Erica is a worthy succesor.
Erica actually sounds more Comfortable in the Role specifically in the Games she's voiced in so far
Erin only ever sounded like she wanted to be there for the Anime version as she's way less Whiny in the Anime

Nice, the Noire events are pretty cute too. My favorite one is the table read she does for some anime she's trying to get a role for. I like the new voice, I think it sounds nice too. The old voice was pretty nice as well. Unlike some people I'm more accepting to change. I don't think people should worry so much about the voice. As good as it fits well that's all that really matters.

You know Noire, I've tried practicing my voice acting on video game dialogues as well even as a kid. But as I've watched several cutscenes in Touhou Genso Wanderer on TH-cam, I have also gotten an idea to practice voice acting on the Epic Battle Fantasy games and Mardek which I've played back as a kid too.
Oh yeah Noire, I've already planned on getting Touhou Genso Wanderer on the Nintendo Switch and Epic Battle Fantasy 5 on Steam and I even would love to have Rom and Ram watch me play those two RPGs.

I find her new voice way better. Less whinny than what Erin did which is good because Noire isn't whinny in the Japanese dub
Pretty much how I feel. Don't get me wrong, I think her previous VA was great, particularly in RB1 and VII, but Erica's portrayal of Noire reminds me more of the japanese dub.

After going back and rewatching these scenes again with the Japanese cast, I can definitely say that I prefer Erica's Noire more. She just reminds me more of Asami Imai's portrayal of Noire, and I also find Erica's Noire to be more approachable and sociable, which works well given the context of these events.
Oh, and 4:36 is probably one of my favorite moments here. xD

I know right Noire. As I've seen such adorable artwork for Touhou Genso Wanderer Reloaded, I was also inspired to practice digital drawing on Akron who serves as the final boss of my childhood game called Epic Battle Fantasy 3. Can't wait to teach Rom and Ram those drawing practice lessons though.

Sometimes I don't think the data on the disks are read correctly by the system
Resulting in a Visual glitch that removes the sofa when the Player and Noire are implied to be sitting together.
I could be wrong though and it's just a Glitch with the VR headset or a slight glitch in the 3D models

You know.... I decided to do a little research on my own and I found something out... The goddesses are all REALLY short. Blanc is 4'8", Next is Neptune who's 4'9", Noire is 5'1" and Vert is 5'3". And if we're talking HDD, the only thing I could find about anyone getting a height boost was of course Neptune, being the same height as Vert in HDD form.

This is true, but some blades are made for one thing rather than another. For example, a Greatsword or a Nikana are made for slashing, whereas a Rapier is more attributed to quick stabbing attacks
And when I say Nikana, I do mean Nikana. A Katana and a Nikana are two different blades, even if they are similar.

Me? If I had my choice of weapon, it’d be a Viking Axe and Viking Shield. Two Daggers or Knives and maybe a Shotgun or a Pistol for a backup. As for combat strategy? My offense and defense would be balanced, since I studied Krav Maga, Slug Boxing, My environmental surroundings, (relative to the rules of Krav Maga) and also included in the rules of Krav Maga, Weapons Of Opportunity. That sounds balanced enough to me in combat strategy.

My first imersion breaking thing was actually at 7 min Noire saying that rapiers are lighter than other swords and thats why they excel at stabbing, surely she should know that no they are are as heavy as single handed swords come and excel at stabbing because of their stiffness which is what the max ammount of metal as single hand can use gets it.

It is? Rapiers cant slash. And single handed long swords arent a thing. Those are called Bastard swords.
Just search "hyperdimension neptunia noire weapons" in Google images and you will see that she have rapiers in her arsenal.
Actually a rapier can be used for slashing, its just not the best use of it. Also a bastard sword is a type of long sword, which is also called a "hand and half", meaning it can be used in either one or both hands comfortably
Rapier primarly used for thrusting it can have wider blade to make it primarly slashing weapon.
Bastard swords as mentioned above are "hand and half" mostly used as two handed but possible to use with single hand mainly during fighting on a horse.
