Is it a step down voltage controller?? Can we give 18v in input and get 1.5v to 15v in output?? what about its heating issue or heating time on using??
Is it ok to plug the plug the pins of into a mosfet into a 3 terminal male plug? The spacing between the 3 square holes on the plug is exactly the same on the IRFZ44N. I’ve never bought any electronic components and I source all my stuff from the dumpster. I only have one IRFZ44N mosfet and I already know how easy it is to break the pins off them. I feel like plugging it into a plug with several inches of wire will alllow me to use it for other things too and not make it as permanent. Does anyone else do this? I also realized I can plug them into those 8 pin cradles(?) that you push an dip8 ic into. It works sorta like a mini breadboard in a way.
