As someone who practice a bit of eastern esoteric teachings. I learned to move energy within the body to nourish the organs etc... all the way to the crown. I had no way of feeling how much energy I had cultivated until this video. I felt a warm pressure immediately surrounding myself. Hard to describe.

@@kennethporst4359 yes they can teach you higher aspects of yourself, and aid you however don't rely on them, they are great healing tools of consciousness, also make sure you clean them with the bio geometry cleansing that you can buy in vesica. Crystals of highest frequency to work with would be phenakite, rhodizite, kunzite, especially phenakite very powerful. He also does a course on crystals and their function.

All the other frequency videos that they have out there didn't work. Just closed my eyes and listened to what he said and tried my best to do what he was saying and it happened instantly I felt pressure against my pineal gland I felt you orbs of energy. This is seriously hidden knowledge
pressure is probably created by tissues and nerves around that region, the point is not to create such pressure by self but rather let it happen in the initial stages, and after that comes a state which will create such pressure.

@@theanagramman1678 meaning can be understood like this: 1- some people might start feeling some pressure earlier if they are meditating in a very positive and peaceful environment. 2- some people might feel nothing in the early days. 3- some people will feel better in a way that their minds won't take interest in useless thoughts. 4- people will be able to concentrate a little more better than before on their work after 2-3 months of regular practice.
A similar approach in Kabbalah, but with different symbols, and extra visualization.

Some Merkaba cubes remind me of several crop circles. We may actually all be a piece of light that projects our reality like a projector on a dimensional cube as a 3D holographic image, but we are all connected to a network as if wearing a vr headset in a lobby full with people. I theorized a cube and reflections and light because it goes on par with alien abductions and paranormal sightings like shadowfigures altering your state of perception like projecting visions to you, either theirs or reflecting back your own thoughts like a dream. I think the universe is a brain full of neurons working on a principle of dreams and perception. There are several Hell NDE's that confirm people are inside off their own cube which is their reality. Where can I find the full body activation ?
Think of the tree of life from kabbalah. These are the top 3 nodes. Do the entire tree in 2d. Then start adding the front and rear nodes and connect them. Don't forget to ground, bare feet on dirt/grass, or a grounding strap on your left ankle and plugged in to the ground of your home wiring. Left is negative, right is positive.

One might have a different experience while meditating but well, for that mind should stay with us during the practice.

@@ShubhamSharma-jx4sn I didn't even know what Kundalini was but in any case I was doing group meditations with Oprah and Deepak Chopra and one day started feeling tingling on the top my head and face six years later the energy has moved through every inch of my body and aura I meditate twice a day I don't watch TV no social media affirmations burn sage pay attention to my thoughts and emotions work to respond to life instead of reacting and to see my self in every one have compassion and forgive
