I have a big beautiful colourful Flower of Life image that i stare at in meditation, i start in the middle gazing & work my way around it all. Then i move onto a smaller gold & black coloured Shri Yantra image i printed of & just gaze at that for 10 minutes a day..in Sync with all that is🖤💛🖤
