  • Looking at 4 very common mistakes people make that don't get fixed without some outside help. These are mostly directed at MM players or those at slightly lower ranks but hopefully should be somewhat helpful to most people. Use this video to help you rank up.

    I love the fact that he points out that the amount of kills you have doesn't always dictate how your impacting a game. Too many people are just focused on killing opponents and forgetting to work with their team to achieve the overall goal. This is a definite point that would help good players actually rank up and win more games.

  • @sylthaya7571
    @sylthaya7571 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    Also I think something to add to the whole holding an angle wrong thing, is in many games mostly ct thing, were you’re holding the bomb site and a player will keep walking between angels, instead of just holding the one angle they originally chose to hold. I’ve found a good portion of my deaths on ct are because while I’m holding an angle ct, my teammate will rotate around the bomb site, and the ts sneak in and gets frags.

  • @bartterp88
    @bartterp88 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    That part about walking and clearing angles in a smart manner as a T is the big difference between a LEM player and a high ESEA or Faceit player. In LEM games I played a while ago (I have been hard stuck there) once in a while I could easily get 30+ kills if my aim was warm and on point. They were walking all over the place without cover a lot of times.
    In Esea however, looking at B-A ranks, it's extremely more difficult (as a CT) to even spot a player or, even more difficult, catch him off-guard. And if you spot one, either only half of the body or only head is visible. That makes it extremely more difficult to get a kill, let alone getting multikills.
    I'm Global now since a fair while and there is still so much to practice. And it's not aim.

    • @supremebohnenstange4102
      @supremebohnenstange4102 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Csgo is one of the least aim but movement intense games I played so far! Cross hair placement and movement beat aim any day of the week! League of legends requires way more aim, click accuary in that case than cs.... You wouldn't believe it at first but I played both games and I would consider my self decent at both!

    I usually play competitive long matches with randoms because I don't have a team to play. Last match they wanted me to kick out of the team from round 2. But some others in the team voted supporting me. I ended up being the best player on my team clearing the bomb site 4 times alone against 3 enemies everytime. I was making a lot of mistakes and didn't had the right angles all the time. One thing that I applied was to understand what the enemy team was doing and observe their routine. That's equally important to win a match

    "Just because something goes well doesn't mean it was a good play"

    Keep up the good work Voo! Do you have any recommendations on dealing with a bad teammate or team? I’ve found always staying positive helps but lots of the time teammates will start arguing/toxic at each other and then their performance lowers then we loose the game by a few rounds.
    Thanks! Have a good New Years.

    • @lazar2175
      @lazar2175 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      You've got to step up if you notice stuff like that happening and defuse the situation.
      If someone blames you, just take the blame and if they blame someone else then again just say YOU made a mistake and apologise.
      It's not gonna feel nice when you have to apologise to someone even tho you were not guilty but you know it well that if you leave two of your teammates argue then you are essentially playing 3v5, they are not concentrated on the game and if the escalate the fight they will start throwing, trolling and teamkilling and before you know you lost the game.
      Sometimes you'll find teammates who are toxic from the very start even tho they are unprovoked and sadly you can't do much about it, if there is only 1 you can try and talk to him but often the best solution is muting players like that, that come with a ill mentality where if anything is not their way they will start throwing a fit. I just mute people like that and give my 101% in the game and try carry as much and enable my teammates to also get kills and do stuff.

    • @Jenes007
      @Jenes007 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@lazar2175 i once muted a guy because he was offensive to my mate, I then smoked A main on Cache but the idiot asked me to not smoke it, which i didnt hear obviously (but my mate told me later). The idiot then started to knife me nonstop all the rounds until the very end. And by nonstop i mean nonstop. We were like 3 rounds in. There was no team damage and we couldnt kick him because of 4 stack faceit non premium. We lost that game gg

    • @lazar2175
      @lazar2175 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Jenes007 Shit like that just happens mate, there are always dicks in this game but a lot of people are not necessarily toxic just by their nature and they are just mad for losing so if you talk to them nicely they might soften up.
      If it happens that you have to mute them then it's their fault and you shouldn't feel guilty about it, just mute them and give your best and even if you lose but you can come back to that game and learn something then it's a win.

    • @Jenes007
      @Jenes007 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@lazar2175 Yeah i agree with all what you said. I just wanted to share this story. I don't know how wrecked your personality has to be to act like the guy mentioned above. I always feel like people acting like you are the minority. You could win so many games by behaving like an adult but many people chose the confrontation.

    • @lazar2175
      @lazar2175 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Jenes007 Some people just don't care about how others feel and some people hide behind the mask of anonymity to act how they wouldn't and couldn't in real life. Those are usually kids and you can't do much except hope you don't get matched with them.
      But also there are good guys who are just pissed off because life or something else, i know i certainly can be toxic when i come from work and I'm tired and play with worse players but i'll often catch myself and apologise, and i often feel really bad about it.
      Just continue being positive and eventually you'll meet some also positive people who want to play with you. It is a shame csgo has such a toxic community but not everyone is like that.

    I've played inferno and everything is fine when we are T side, 8-7 for the half time. When we are on the CT side, it began to fall apart. My teammates keep pushing to the T SPAWN from banana WITH NO REASON (and died of course). We lose some rounds and we lose our lead. They mad at me because I'm holding A site, wtf (I did some clutch kill but the bomb was already on the ground and they mad at me like crazy). They even ask me to clutch 1 v 4 (+curse word of course) when I don't even have money and trying to save. After that, I told them politely to hold the site and it works. We won easily (even though my health reduced to half because they were shot me in the spawn, either trolling or mad, not sure). They were yelling at me in their language and began to push again next round, with no reason or strat. Finally, we lose 10-15. I guess I wasn't good enough to carry. I will try to improve and carry every game!

    4:03 wrong, crouch tapping is fast and more accurate than spraying. You can always change your target and still be accurate instead of waiting when recoil/spread resets.

    Should I be scared of trying to make impact, knowing sometimes that it may be negative for my team, like giving the enemy an instant 5v4?

    • @vooCSGO
      @vooCSGO  3 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      i mean don't go overboard - if you get smacked a bunch of times in a row you should change things up to let your team win... but then evaluate how you can do it better and try again next game. you can't get good at something without first sucking at it.

    I have 167 hours overall in csgo. While playing matchmaking competitive, my teammates almost every time gets mad at me for not fragging or making noob plays. I do play casual, death matches, aim, spray control, and other modes too but I am not improving. Despite playing this bad, I am in Gold Nova 2 with around 43 wins. Most of the time they just try to kick me. All the abuses that i get are heartwrenching and i counter them by hurling abuses too. I have uninstalled twice but i downloaded it again as I love this game. Does it happen to all new players?

  • @speededhvh7541
    @speededhvh7541 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    First of all go to steam leftclick csgo find the "uninstall" button (DONE) After this u are a real pro and if u want to get hacks just leftclick the steam icon on ur pc and click delete and then go into ur trash bin and clear it.:D
