As a person who went to Murray State when Ja was there, it happened to be a stellar time. I'm very pleased with Ja's achievements while he's thriving in the NBA. As a side note, that upset against Marquette happened to be among my favorite parts of my freshman year. I'm grateful to witness the embarrassing defeat Marquette caught.
Did the entire city of Murray attend the OVC tournament games vs Jacksonville state and Belmont? Did a lot ppl from Murray make that drive to attend? How did the city react after Morant was drafted #2 overall? Did people (the ones that didn’t used to watch basketball) from Murray start watching the grizzlies?
