This series is excellent bedtime listening content. I never played RSC, I got into RuneScape when 2 released. Seeing the... I dunno, quaint and tedious gameplay of the release game makes me feel surprised it had such a following. For 2001, i suppose any persistent world was a fascinating idea

There actually is! I have a 2004scape series covering a new server in alpha right now, and there's also a 2005scape!

Just an idea but you don’t really need food much if your killing goblins by lumby. You can just die and walk back to your stuff
Totally agree! Cooking on this server is really important for PvP, as your healing per food increases by 1 with each 15 levels!
