- Welcome to Ishara, the best luxury safari camp we have ever visited! Located inside the Maasai Mara National Reserve in Kenya, Ishara Mara offers luxury, high end dinning, and some of the best game drives in the world due to the famous Kenyan wildlife.
Ishara opened in March 2022, making it the newest camp in Kenya and maybe even the world for a little bit. Everything was though off when building this safari camp.The entire camp was design to merge with nature and in fact there is today more trees around the caps than before its construction which is quite an accomplishment.
Ishara Mara is also an official Canon partner meaning that they have professional cameras for you to use at NO COST in addition to a resident photographer who can join you during game drives and teach you how to do wildlife photography. They even have a photo studio for you to edit and print your photos.

You guys take National Geographic to the next level. The footage, explanation , scenery etc is outstandning. Your complicity as a couple is the creme de la creme . You bring out the best in the true Canadian spirit of Nature Conservation and participation. Mt. Kenya which you visited last year is, as you know is experiencing an ecological disaster -16,000 acres wiped out by fire .Could I suggest that you map it on your future excursions if you have time and $$$?

This place is so Amazing , this may be the best Safari Lodge you have showcased, plus as a photographer it's an added Bonus to have the Canon Telephoto HD lenses to shoot the wildlife😍 .I definitely have this as my No 1 place to Visit in Kenya, it is amazing , the Rooms the food , the Nespresso Coffee machine had me😍
This is by far our favorite safari camp we have ever been too! And yes the camera equipment is a HUGE plus! :)
