Of all the horrible things Damon did, I actually think killing Lexi was the worst. He knew what she meant to Stefan, how much he needed her. And he killed her in front of him, on his birthday of all days. Seriously, think about what that means. Stefan probably could never celebrate his birthday again without thinking that was the day his best friend, the only good constant he had in life for over a century, died.

I don't hate on anyone but I feel like even though Lexi wasn't the main character, her death was just horrible, mostly for Stefan. She was his best friend and his own brother killed him yet people loves him. I get Damon went through shit but that doesn't give him the rights to kill her. Even though I don't forgive Stefan as well for killing Enzo, it was like a fairness situation because Damon killed Stefan's best friend so Stefan killed Damon's best friend. Makes it equal but the true villain is Julie Plec, she loves making her fans cry and torturing her characters doesn't she?

Im going to be 100% honest. When Lexi first randomly showed up I wasn't too sure about her. I wasn't sure if writers were going to take the route of a longtime best friend staying by the boys side in hopes of getting in a relationship and suddenly getting jealous and all sorts of sabotaging because they didn't get their crush in the end when the boy, Stefan, finally has a girlfriend. It was when Lexi was giving advice to Elena that I realized, Wow, she's an amazing character. Of course as soon as a start to like her Damon went ahead and- 😭😭😭😭
First I was like "I like little brothers, so Jeremy is my favorite", then I was like "Stefan is my favorite", then "hello brother" happened and I was like "Damon is my favorite" then Lexi came in and I was like "Damn screw them. LEXI is absolutely BEST" Then Lexi died in the same fricking episode. I love Damon but I hate him for killing the character who I saw for two seconds and decided it was my new favorite. Lexi deserved the world ❤️

Great video. Just got into TVD and I was hoping beyond hope that Lexi would come back after her untimely death at the hands of Damon. I was happy that she appeared here and there and at the end to great her best friend. I HATED that Damon never really got payback for that one...poor Stefan. 😞
