I'm so GRATEFUL I found this channel!!!!! I haven't had the best year this year: I've become a workaholic of sorts, and I have needed a way to de-stress as much as possible each night. Beautiful and the perfect music.... I was wondering if something was wrong on my end because I haven't heard anything verbal. Also, trying to sleep with it and have had 2 ads. Is this normal? Sometimes my phone shows one while playing another a lot. Thx!!
Hi Kim! Thanks for being here with us. 😊 We’ll be releasing more sleep meditations that have some variations. In this track, any verbal guidance is only in the beginning of the track and then it’s just music in the hopes that those listening are already sleeping and so as to not disturb you again. However, in the future we will have some sleep meditations with words throughout…would love to hear your feedback on what you enjoy most!!
