I have tried other biblical sleep meditations but keep coming back to this one. Narrator's voice is calming. Message starts by telling me that now or later, I will find sleep in God's time. Exactly what I need to hear. I am able to let go and sleep peacefully through the night.

I use this every night to fall asleep. Would love to see more Christian sleep/anxiety meditations
I'm glad it's helping. I've just recorded the first ten chapters of the Gospel of John, which I'll put on the app I'm currently building to host these meditations without commercials. I'll post when the app is ready. The reading is over an hour long and I think will work well for anxiety and sleep too.

Taking a rest from all the busy activities, in God's presence. I would love that. I like the sleep ones too 💓 sometimes I worry before I fall asleep. Sometimes I don't but I still like reassurment before bed. I guess in a way it goes back to being a baby! Parents nurtured before bedtime. Now I'm old 😁💓
