Yeah, I'm 33 so I got 3 years on you, and once I got to my late 20s, I really did have to start prioritizing my sleep, even though I am a night owl. Not only was I able to make consistent gains by sleeping more, but I also was more mentally rejuvenated.
The volume one is really important. My preacher curl numbers start to stagnate and regress once I hit 6 sets of biceps a session, when scaling it back to 4 a session I start to make progress again.
I remember back when i started working out thay i was benching like, 10 kg for a few reps and used to think like: "when i bench 1 plate of 20kg on each side (88 lbs total) i will be satisfied", now i bench i little bit more than that and i still feel weak lol
