I recommend adding 1 item to cart and see if your country is available at check out (but don't actually check out until you are ready to buy).

I recommend trying to keep the order shipment under $700. A lot of times you can avoid the duties if it’s a smaller shipment. But yes, they can apply import duties.

IG you definitely don't. Etsy I don't think so either but I never actually looked into it. I would say no since Etsy is mainly hand-made and not resale.

A customs broker will contact you directly once they receive the shipment. You pay the fees after they contact you.
