Something not in my resume: can I talk about a work experience I obtained before I submitted my resume to the company and how I didn't think I had I could challenge myself so much but I did
Something not in my resume: can i talk about something which is not related to my skills and future career ? for example i am an engineer but talk about cooking just for answering this question
Is this a good answer for tell us about the toughest challenge you faced ? For example, I had brake problems with my motorcycle when I was working as a delivery guy for a delivery company and after expressing that there was need for motorcycles to be serviced with no luck from the managers, I continued using a malfunctioning bike until I was involved in an accident. That is when the managers had a meeting with me to hear my ideas where I suggested a change in strategy to increase employee performance and to protect us on the job for which I was then promoted to sales Executive Officer? If this wasn't mentioned in the resume should I talk about it at this point or on the unique part that is not in your resume?
Hi Juliet, it is close but not the same. For background, give them an executive summary on your career. For a "tell me about yourself" you can be a bit broader and talk about what you want to do in the future on top of an executive summary of your career.
Hi there Jiboye! If you don't have a lot of work experience, that is fine! Take a look at the tips in this video - it is for a different platform but the ideas are the same! th-cam.com/video/M-57w46AsTk/w-d-xo.html Good luck on your interview!

If the question was " Tell me about your background?" What can i answer to this question?
Is it okay if you relate all answers to only one aspect of your career. Consider a fresh starter always referring to academics
